    Imagination and the Subconscious

    The power of your imagination is enormous. Used in a positive way, itbecomes the canvas on which you paint to actualize your dreams cometrue. Once the ability is acquired to picture, imagine, sense in any way, oreven feel your goals, dreams, and ambitions in the mind, four elements arenecessary to generate the power to bring them into realization.

    DESIRE The want must be real and deep and permanent.

    BELIEF It is important to believe that the desired achievement ispossible, do-able.

    EXPECTATION It is vital to expect success, considering it a foregoneconclusion.

    DEMAND The final requirement is self-demand, a personal requirementthat those things necessary to success will be accomplished.

    These four elements must be present in both the conscious andsubconscious minds. An effective way to build a bridge between yourconscious and subconscious, is with an altered state. Through a fewminutes each day of Imagery you can get these two minds going in thesame direction toward achieving your goals. Making the subconsciousconnection is a powerful tool! Impressing new positive images upon thesubconscious each day images that encourage new positive actions(behavior) and emotions can create a fertile ground for bearing the fruityou desire. By building up the subconscious with positives you can, ineffect, override the old negatives and be well on the way toward

    achieving your goals.

    LAW OF ALLOWING

    The Law of Allowing is about letting it in. Letting in what? Well, of course,letting in what you have wanted to attract. Its about being open to let whatyou created in your minds eye to become a reality. You must givepermission for this. What you want must be allowed to come in. If you arenot receiving what you want, then it might mean for some reason you maynot be allowing it. Perhaps you got focused, even unwittingly, on the lack ofhaving what you want. Not receiving, could this possibly have something todo with what you think you deserve or do not deserve? Are you resisting

    allowing? Are you doing a sabotage?

    Ask yourself what does it mean to me, to Allow? What is does it mean tome, to Deserve? Maybe deserving has nothing to do with allowing. Whenyou get the answers from your intuition, perhaps you will begin to notice ifthese answers are based in old ideas, information learned from long ago.Perhaps a new updated version of what it is to Allow and Receive could bemade known to you.

    And, how does that best happen? Again, in the minds eye. Imagine beingcomfortable with what you create, attract, and now, what you arecomfortable to allow. Imagine being comfortable with seeing, feeling, andbelieving in allowing what you want to be in your reality. Allowing includesthe feeling that what you want is already here. Be open to it. Getcomfortable with it. Grant yourself permission. Receive and Allow. Let it in.

    OVERCOMING PROCRASTINATION

    Imagery For Future Success

    Bring the client to the Imagery state

    Have them imagine that five years have passed from this very day. It is fiveyears in the future. Nothing has changed in your li fe.

    Say the date, the year, (five years in the future.) Then have them imaginesaying, Nothing much has changed over the last five years. Im stillworking at ________________. My living situation is still the same. Im stillworking on the same personal and professional issues.

    Really get the picture in your mind of everything being the same. Noticehow you feel about this sameness. Where do you feel it in your body?Notice how you might be motivated to focus on those aspects of your lifethat must begin to change.

    Now let your mind drift ....let all of that go.

    Again, imagine that it is five years from today. This time, imagine therehave been wonderful, posi tive changes in all areas of your li fe in those five

    years. What if you have become your ideal model image? What if you haveactualized being confident, self-assured, and energetic? What if you feelgood about the contributions you are making to the world?

    Now imagine this confident, self-assured, and energetic self at acelebration surrounded by all of your loved ones: new friends, old friends,family members. The celebration is in your ideal home. You begin to tellthose gathered about you, the wonderful journey youve been on in yourlife over the last five years. They ask you, What happened to you to get tothis wonderful, positive place where you are currently living your life? Howhas this t ransformation taken place? Its as if you feel free to speak about

    all the positive changes youve made, because you have accomplished somany of your goals.

    Let them know something about the transition you made from feelinglike a procrastinator to becoming a pro-activator seeing things in a newway, because you used all the powerful tools to resolve inner conf licts.

    The Mental Bank is a re-scripting process that activates the subconsciousmind to respond in a new positive way. Since the subconscious works onexpectation and imagination and does not know the difference betweenfantasy and reality, doing the Mental Bank helps to write a new script forthe subconscious to follow. Here are the key points:

    $ You will write a new contract.

    $ Mental Bank Goal is your Double Figure. Mental Bank Balance isyour 4X figure. Hourly figure is a tenth of your Double Figure.Example: $100,000/$400,000/$100.

    Get Comfortable with Making Decisions!

    The Law of Decision says choice creates a beginning. It is a metaphysicalsummons which allows the flow of possibilities. Everything starts by makingthe decision. Allow the choice, which is yours, to be made.

    Thinking about decisions as choices is appealing. You have the choice. It isa blessing! Lets get used to it as a positive! In fact, lets begin to get darnright comfortable with our ability to choose and make decisions. Lets face

    the fact that since everything starts with a decision, its a natural part ofcreating. Its natural to you.

    Many times, it seems easy to put off making a decision for fear of making amistake. But, then, there comes the agony of indecision. Then it allbecomes very hard. To make your choice, to decide, is actually freedom.The door is wide open and flow happens. With ease and comfort you goforward because you have decided. And while each decision you make,usually creates a whole series of other decisions, well lets say, the morethe merrier! It becomes clear then, that there really can be no mistakes, its

    just a matter of making another decision!

    So, with patience and more comfort with the process of decision making,we must prevail. To accomplish anything, decisions are to be made.Getting comfortable with making decisions, allows the process ofaccomplishment to flow more easily. And, you wouldnt give up your abilityto choose, would you?

    As we embrace it, rather than fight it, we can get comfortable with this

    natural process of deciding. Before your know it, your confidence increasesas well, because the more decisions you make, the more confident youbecome. And, the more confident you become, the more decisions youmake. Therefore, let the flow of possibilities begin, make the choice andcreate evoke the Law of Decision!

    How To Be The Leader In Your Life!

    1. Emotionally support yourself by relying on your Inner Wisdom. Put logic andreason to that for a dynamic blend of Intuitive Common Sense.

    2. Vision first, action second.

    3. Self-knowledge is above self-importance.

    4. Put away the whips and chains because now its time for patience, compassion,understanding, and loyalty toward believing in yourself.

    5. Your energy-flow works best when directed outward. Where your focus goes,thats where the energy flows.

    6. Keep your eye on the goal, not on the temporary hills and valleys along the way.Always accentuate the Positive.

    7. Accept responsibility for finding solutions even if it seems there are none.

    8. When problem solving, ask yourself the question; What needs to happen here inorder for (solution) to occur?

    9. Honest appraisal about what is, yet dealing with a more neutral stance aboutyourself and your situation. Then, shift to a positive expectation of declaring howyou would like things to be.

    10. Give up having to be right, and be willing to bend like the willow. Be open tooptions and choices with the realization that you can always make anotherdecision because there are always plenty of opportunities.

    11. Bring the wisdom you have learned and gained from past experience forward.

    12. Being a Leader in your life is acknowledging (Higher Connections) as thedeliverer and you are the vessel to receive it and give it.

    Create the Imagery state (good for both E & P Suggestible)

    When you are ready. Allow an image to form that represents money. Invite it andwelcome it into your awareness. Without judgement, just allow it to appear. Accept it asit comes.

    Notice about the image so that you could describe it to a friend later.

    What is moneys strongest attribute, as it comes to you today? Notice that.

    Lets begin to communicate with the image of money by asking it:Money, how do I feel about you? And allow Money to respond.....

    Next, ask it, Money, How do I treat you?And, again, allow Money to respond....

    Now that Money told you, how you feel about money and how you treat money, how doyou feel when you know that?

    Next ask, Money, how can I have more of you? And, how does money respond...

    The last question, ask Money, What else do you want to tell me?

    As Money answers, listen carefully. Allow yourself to know how all this feels to you.

    If youd like to know more about money and are willing to reach out and touch thisimage, go ahead and do so. What do you notice?

    And if you are willing, become this image of money, knowing you will always become

    yourself again. And as you begin to merge with this image, begin to notice how it feelsto be this image of money.

    Looking through the eyes of Money, what do you notice? What is your world view?

    By becoming this image, what do you notice about its energy?

    Understanding Money Understanding Youcontinued

    As the image of money, imagine looking over at yourself, what do you notice about you,from moneys point of view?

    As the image of money, what would you like to suggest to yourself?

    Notice, if anything else is interesting to you, by becoming the image of money.

    When you are ready, become yourself again. Move out of the image of money andbecome at one with yourself once again.

    What do you notice now? What changes, if any, between you and the image of money?What is the same? What is different?

    Anything else you would like to say to money?

    Anything more money has for you?

    Anything more you might like to change up, or negotiate out with money?

    Allow that to take place now.

    Any new agreements between you and money? Remembering, its always important tokeep our agreements.

    When you feel complete, thank money, and appreciate it. Thank yourself for beingwilling to take this journey, appreciate it all.

    And in just right timing, as we let the images fade for now, the strength of them stayswith you as we bring back the importance of this journey into conscious outer awakelife....

    First at zero, to reinforce the positives gained on this journey, and at one, with a deepcleansing breath in and release.... two, realizing your body, where youve placedyourself, the room you are in....three, a wonderful sense of well being.... four, more alertand awake....and now five, eyes open, wide awake and alert.1-2-3-4-5 eyes open wide awake and alert!

    Setting and Reaching Goals

    $ I set goals. I write them down, and I review them often.

    $ My goals give me a clear picture of my own positive future inadvance!

    $ I read my goals to myself each day and write them down each nightbefore I go to sleep.

    $ My goals are very real to me. The more detailed and specific theyare, the more clearly I am able to imagine them and manifest them inmy life.

    $ By writing goals, I write the script of my own future. Following myspecific action plan, I turn my dreams into reality

    $ My goals are my road map to my own future. I plan the trip; where Iam going, how I get there, and when I arrive.

    $ I am successful when I reach my goals, and I am also successfuleach day of the journey. I know that success is in each step along theway, not only at the end of the path.

    $ I decide who I am and become that. By setting goals, and workingdaily to achieve them, I claim my own destiny.

    $ I choose to live my life by choice, not by chance. Setting goals and

    working to reach them keeps me in control of my life.

    $ I consciously make decisions that affect my life and future in the mostpositive possible way.

    $ By writing out my goals and imagining them fulfilled, I hold that visionof success and my success manifests!

    Body Image and Management

    $ I have made the decision to take control of myself that includes howI look and what I weigh.

    $ I allow an image of myself to come to mind of exactly how I want tolook and feel. I set my goal, I see myself doing what it takes, I am asuccess!

    $ I choose to be healthy, energetic and attractive. I make sure I fit the

    clothes I like. I think about this every day and every day I get fit!

    GOAL EMPOWERMENT IMAGERYAn Imagery Equation for the real ization of goal achievement:

    Pick a goal you would like to achieve this year. Allow your choice to be possible yet feel the push. Visualize or sense yourself doing, being, achieving the goal. What ONE attribute about yourself do you notice that is an important

    ingredient for doing, being, achieving your goal.

    Image yourself with that attribute, totally. Use all of your senses tocreate that image.

    Imagine stepping into that image of yourself. What is the feeling ofthe attribute in your body?

    Now, imagine being in the place of doing, being, achieving the goalwith that attribute you are there now you are projecting that imageof yourself and feeling the attribute. Take a few moments to explore.

    Now, after imaging yourself doing, being, achieving it Whatemotion do you notice about having achieved the goal? Notice where

    the emotion is in your body. Concentrate on that emotion. Anchor thatemotion in with a physical gesture. Bring back this emotion with youas you come back to your waking state. Let the anchor and theemotion be a reminder for you as you take steps towardaccomplishing your goal.

    What if we could create the most beautiful day?...The kind of day youd always like tohave...begin to imagine where you might find yourself on a day like that...whereeverything seems to be going your way...calm and comfortable and secure...notice withall of your senses where you might find that kind of comfort...a peaceful kind ofserenity...within the comfortable boundaries of your imagination....

    Now within this kind of space on this good feeling kind of day....What if, just for an

    experiment....we could just possible expand the comfort zone...expand theboundaries...what used to be within this peaceful realm...now becomes expanded...awider more expansive circle of comfort now begins to emerge...still secure, yet thereseems to be a broadening of the horizons...the once limited comfort now becomes themore expanded comfort...a sort of reaching forward...onward...upward...and now take afew moments to get even more comfortable with the idea of a secure expandedexperience... Where calm and comfort wraps all around.....

    And here, begin to sense, allow yourself to become aware of the reward....the benefit ofaccomplishment...and to know that because of the positive expectation...positive resultshave occurred....
