Teaser of the Month
A Message From Your LTGA Message From Your LTGA Message From Your LTGA Message From Your LTG Hey Division 7B,
The 69th Annual International Convention was held last two weeks
in Orlando, Florida. Visiting Disney World (which was included in the Dis-
trict Tour) was spectacular! My favorite theme park in there would be Epcot
because you get to visit many countries all in one day. Now who can said
that? The convention itself was even more amazing! Being able to meet
and bond with Key Clubbers from the other 32 districts was my favorite
part because you get to learn more about them and their district. This was
defiantly an event of the year that I will never forget! I hope to see all you
soon at ICON 2013 in Washington D.C next summer! I hope that everyone
enjoys the rest of their summer and I hope to see you all very soon!
Yours in Caring and Service,
Amy Dang

How To Serve Your Community in
The Summer
Woah! I can’t believe how fast summer has went by. We only have
a few more weeks un"l school start again so why don’t we do
something that is beneficial not only to us but the community?
This is a wonderful "me to volunteer and show your community
what we Key Clubbers are all about. With that being said, I hope
you guys enjoys the rest of their summer and I’ll talk to you soon!
Here are some service project ideas from the Key
Club International:
• Adopt – a – Beach/Highway > Locate a beach or
highway that has been abandoned or is not kept up
very well. Take monthly trips to keep it clean and
beautiful.
• Adopt – a – Kiwanian > To help with Kiwanis – family
relations, assign each Key Club member to a Kiwanian.
Throughout the year, have Key Club members do spe-
cial things for or with “their” Kiwanian
• Clean-Up and Fix-Up Campaign > As part of a “clean-
up and fix-up” campaign, paint some of the older and
larger houses in a rundown area of the city. Set an ex-
ample for other citizens to follow.
• Library Clean-Up > Help librarians keep the library
clean. Set up a schedule for club members to fill on a
rotating basis.
