The Runner/Walkers Club would love to help you do just that! Whether you walk, jog, or run, we would love to help you meet your goals, strollers and pup also welcome. Club meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am and Tuesday / Thursday evenings at 7pm at Cunningham Park. The Starkey Ranch Book Club welcomes new members on an ongoing basis. The Club meets once a month at various locations around town. To join, contact [email protected] Garden Club The garden club is in the midst of their Spring Harvest. We are seeking volunteers to help water, prune and pick. The club is free to join and you don’t have to be a garden expert, “brown thumbs” welcome. When the club has weekly sales of crops and the funds raised goes back into the maintenance of the garden (supplies, plants, etc.) Weekly Garden sales are held on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturday at 10am through the Spring Season. Fitness Classes at Starkey Ranch 2nd Quarter Sessions

All classes are suitable for various levels from beginner to advance.

Flow Yoga- A class designed to calm and relax the nervous system. Most days are spent in our high stress living/working conditions that compromise our ability to relax. Using relaxation techniques, gentle movement and asana along with our breath you'll surely leave class with a feeling of calm, peace and serenity. 7:00pm THURSDAY $25 April / $30 May / $25 June Total Body Circuit - Combines the effectiveness of boot camp style fitness with the hottest trend today…High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Shorter bursts of intense training followed by short periods of rest will help boost your metabolism for hours after your workout! 6:00pm MONDAY $30 April / $20 May / $25 June 9:30am FRIDAY $20 April / $30 May / $25 June Zumba- We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. 7:10pm MONDAY $30 April / $20 May / $25 June In order to run, each class requires a minimum of 5 participants registered for the month. Sessions are non-refundable and only transferrable if a class is cancelled. Fitness session pricing varies each month depending on the number of classes, be sure to check the schedule each month sent out via e-mail. Payments must be made in full by monthly session no later than the 28th of each month. Payments can be made in person at the Welcome Center by check or electronically to your credit card on file.
