launched a new venture, The Guberman Group, in the field he knows well. His new company is focused on build-ing extraordinary luxury residences in the Hamptons and truly redefining sumptuous living.

Josh described how he balances excellence and com-fort, “With our Hamptons projects we are rethinking the concept of what ‘luxury’ means to our buyers. after years building high-end condos in the New york area, the chal-lenge was to craft estate homes that combine traditional architecture with modern technology and convenience. The Hamptons is a perfect fit for this native New york-er who was raised on the upper West and whose fond-est childhood memories are of exploring the beaches of Quogue and enjoying the nature and beauty that is the east end of Long Island.

When Josh decided to buy his own home, he chose Southampton Village, where he has resided for over ten years. Growing up visiting the east end and now being a

resident, Josh knows exactly what he wants to build in the Hamptons. He described each and every one of his proj-ects as his own personal “dream home.” He said, “We are creating homes that combine traditional east end archi-tecture with the latest technology and finishes available on the market. The result is homes that provide estate quality luxury while remaining true to the Hamptons aesthetic.”

Together with his dream team, Josh is taking real estate development and building to another level. an essential part of his team is morgan alyse Shara. She sees the Gu-berman vision as a real estate base that is branching out into charity, wine, fine jewelry, food service, and several other arenas that reflect their passions. Like a person who has multiple interests, The Guberman Group has many

passions. “We want The Guberman Group to be more than just homes. We want to be a part of everything we believe in and find special. I see The Guberman Group building homes, day-care centers for underprivileged chil-dren and families, and much, much more.”

rounding out the group, Guberman is also supported by east end businessman michael Wudyka, whose en-clave Inn and east Hampton Studio have been Hamptons mainstays for years. Wudyka draws on his construction management and development background to support field operations and day-to-day business.
