Sales are behind last year by 5% and ahead of
2012 by 4%. The spikes are end of month when more closings
take place.
My View of the Market Through the first six months of the year the
trends have been: Continued low inventory and rising prices.
Sales are down 5% from last year but are still very good.
As of mid-summer, the market is slowing a bit but this is normal. We usually have a good surge during the fall.
