DESCRIPTION

Gary Kurtz was ordered to serve Bernis in a matter before Judge Cotton. Instead he started a new matter and made believe Bernis did not answer the matter before Judge Cotton and got a default against Bernis by entering the proof of service in the Stratton matter in the matter before Judge Cotton. Judge Cotton was made aware of this I assume as I included Judge Stratton's determination in my pleadings. He ordered Kurtz to file notices of all related cases thinking Kurtz would include the Stratton case. Instead Kurtz cited at case involving Judge Kaddo and the original Cotton case as a related case. Judge Cotton vacated the trial as he can see that Kurtz wants to enlist him in an effort to deprive Bernis of due process.
