The Binding of Isaac is a story from the Tanakh where Abraham is asked to sacrifice his son, Isaac.

Abraham takes his son to be sacrificed, but is stopped by the angel of God that says “Now I Know you fear God.”

THE JEWISH GOLDEN AGE

Jews, as well as Muslims, are expelled from Spain. Forced to convert to Christianity or leave.

As a result, many Jews move to Amsterdam.

JEWS EXPELLED FROM SPAIN

Jews, along with many other minorities, faced heavy discrimination

Began with being required to put the Star of David on their clothes, but soon resulted in Jews and other minorities being rounded up and put into concentration camps

Resulted in the death of 6 million Jews, and millions of others who stood up to the Nazi Regime

THE HOLOCAUST

In 1948, a plan for the State of Israel, a place for the Jews, was put into place.

Quickly expanded from the initially planned borders to possession of a great amount of the Levant.

Guarantees all Jews residence and citizenship if they can prove their Jewish heritage.
