DRILL RESULTS;

Drill hole No. J 66-1 was drilled 100 ft. south of the intended location of the collar due to a plotting error on the geophysical plan. Sections of argillite and quartz pebble

conglomerate were Intersected, with only slight pyrltic mineraliz ation. Assays from samples taken from 200-205 ft. produced nil results in gold, silver, and copper.

Drill hole No. J 66-2 was collared In a location toallow for the plotting error, and Intersected quartzite, argillite, and conglomerate. A nine foot section, from 43-52 ft., in argillite, returned nil in gold and silver and 2.023 copper. Miner*

alization was notpd.as 'being 'malachi teV * copper carbonate.

Target for the above noted drill holes was a magnetic

high located coincident with a trenched area in which malachite

stains are prominent. This trench was driven accross argillaceous

material.

Drill hole J 66-3* located some 1,800 ft. northeaat

of hole J 66-1, intersected mainly argillite and quartzite. A 54

ft. section of gabbro, from 112-166 ft., contained sufficient

magnetite to be source of the magnetic anomaly in this area.

CONCLUSIONS;

Three drill holer, for a total of 1,004 ft. investigated

magnetic anomalies on the Jubilant Creek property in Township No.

188, Algoma Area, Ontario.

The most economically important intersection was

obtained from hole J 66-2, from 43-52 ft., and returned assay

values of 2 .027. copper per ton. Because of the presence of the

sccondiry mineral malachite, a copper carbonate, this intersection

Is considered to be in an enriched secondary zone. Primary

sulphide concentrations could easily occur below the oxide zone,

and carry metals of economic importance.

Source of drill target for hole J 66-3, a magnetic

anomalous zone, is considered to be magnetite in gabbro formation.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

In view of encouraging results obtained from assay

determinations in a nine foot section from hole J 66-2, further

diamond drilling in the area a fev hundred feet north of the

baseline between crossllnes A8 and 52, appears warranted. Drilling

would be aimed at intersecting the copper-bearing zone below the

oxide zone.

A 500 ft. long hole, collared 540 ft. north ofbaseline, would be drilled on Line 51 in a direction210*Az. at an angle of -45 0 . The estimated cost ofthis drill program, including engineering and super vision, is $4,500.00

Further expenditures on exploration, including Additional

diamond drilling, would be contingent upon the results of this

program.

This report covers results of a diamond drill program

recently conducted over your property located In Township No.

188, Algoma Area, Ontario.

K'OPERTY. LOCATION. ACCESS;

The property consists of 26 contiguous Dining claims,

numbered as follows: SSM ?OQ?2-3; 7195^; 7533^; 76226-7; 76901-5;

76933; 772269-73; and 77292-300, all inclusive.

Tho claim group is located sorna 32 miles nr.-rth of

Thessalon, Ontario, and access is by Highway No. 129 which cresses

the western portion of the property.

HISTORY;

A combined magnetic-eloctromagnetle survey vas

coupletod in 1966, and did not Indicate any strong oonduotors

indicative of sulfide enrichment. Magnetics were Interpreted as

representing geological contacts or diabase Notarial, being

favourable areas for disseminated copper sulfides, according to

report on the geophysics by Mr. B.C. HcKechnio, P.Eng., dated

July 23rd, 1966.

Based upon recommendations contained in this report,

three holes were drilled for a total of 1,00^ ft., and reported

on by the writer in report dated October 2^, 1966. Based upon

results of the drill program, the writer recommended another

drill toe*- in the area of a previous hole giving encouragement

in copper values. The subject report covers results of thisi

drill test.

GEOLOGY OF THK PROPERTY;

Government references, including G.S.C. Map No.

Wakomata Lake Area, indicate that the property is underlain by

quartzites, conglomerates, and ar^lllites of the Cobalt Series

of Late Hurion Age which have been intruded by dikes and sills

of quartz diabase.

DRILL RESULTS;

Drill hole No. 6?-l was planned to Intersect the

downdip extension of tne 9 ft. copper intersection with a gradr

of 2.025? as intersected in hole No. J 66-2 (see report dated

Oct. 24, 1966). Hole 6?-l was abandoned at 360 ft., after

intersecting quartzite and argillite due to caving and intensive

blocky ground.

Hole No. 6?-2 was drilled some 33 ft. east of No. 6?-l

as a replacement hole for the latter, and was stopped at 402 ft.

after intersecting quartzite and argillite due to caving in very

blocku ground. A slightly sulfide mineralized section from

353-358 was returned l oz. per ton insilver, based on results of

a 60 element spectrographic analysis.

No copper mineralization was noted in either drill

hole.

CONCLUSIONS AND HECOMI-'.KNDATTOyS;

A total of 762 ft. of core was examined from two drill

holes recently collared to intersect the downdip extension of a

copper-bearing zone located by c previous drill program, however

no copper intersections were cut. Drill hole No. 6?-l was

stopped due to intensely fractured ground at 360 ft. and is

likely somewh it short of targot area, while hole No, 6?-2,

stopped at 402 ft. for the same reason, likely intersected

target area but no concentrations of copper wert observed. A

i sub inarcinal amount of silver was returned from this hole at

353-358 ft.

Prior to due date, a re-appraisal cf results of work

programs will be made in light of results of work programs done

on other properties in the.area insomuch that areas on the

property may be pointed to which warrant further attention.

L 94607 to L 94524 inclusive, situated in Kenning Township in the Larder Lake Mining Division, Province of Ontario, for and in con sideration of 145,000 which was fully satisfied by the allotment and issuance of 760,000 fully paid shares in the capital stock of the Company (being the vendor shares referred to in paragraph 7 hereof) of which Wfc were free shares and the balance placed in escrow with the Transfer Agent and Registrar of the Company, subject to the terms of escrow set forth in paragraph 7 hereof. (a) For particulars of the location ar. 1 accessibility of the mining claims referred to in paragraph 10(a) hereof, the geology and o e occurrences in the area and the conclusions and recom mendations of the Company's engineer, reference is made to the report of A. 13. By agreement dated the 9th day of November, 19C5, made between the Company and H. E. The preliminary and organization expenses in an administrative sense, including legal and audit fi*is, corporation costs, costs of filing and printing this prospectus and other related items are estimated at 13,500.00. None of these expense* have been paid to date but are tp be paid out of the monies to be received by the Company from the Underwriter-Optionee as disclosed in para graph 13 hereof. Future administrative and minimum development expenses for the current year are estimated at 13,000.00 and 120,000.00 respectively.

16. The monies the Company receives from the underwritten shares and such monies as it receives from the sale of optioned shares will be used to defray the expenses of the incorporation and organisation of the Company, its ordinary operating expenses and in carrying out the recom mendations of the Company's engineers as set out in the reports accompanying this prospectus and to investigate or examine other properties.No part of the proceeds from the sale of underwritten and/or optioned shares will be used to invest, underwrite or trade in securities other than those that qualify as investments in wb'.ch trust funds may be invested under the laws of the jurisdictions in Canada in which the secuntiea offered by this prospectus may be lawfully sold. SUMMARYJubilant Creek Mines Limited holds a group of eighteen (18) claims in Kenning Township,

in the Larder Lake Mining Division of Ontario. They are approximately located at 49M6N, 80'uOW.The property is accessible most easily by air from Cochrane.The group appears to be close to the metasedimentary, meUvolcanic and granitic rock* lying

In the adjacent townships to the southeast.Aeromagnetic survey shows a strong basic intrusive running northwest across the property.

Ground prospecting and electromagnetic and magnetometer surveys are recommended.

PROPERTYThe property consists of a group of eighteen (18) contiguous unpatented mining claims

in the south eastern corner of Kenning Township, Ontario. The claims are numbered as follows: L-04507-24 inclusive.

LOCATION AND ACCESSThe claim group lies in Kenning Township in Larder Lake Mining Division of the Cochrane

District of Ontario. Approximate co-ordinates are *9'15N and 80"00W.The property is most easily accessible by aircraft from Cochrane, Ontario, a distance 65

miles to the south west. A plane can land on Circle Lake situated 8 miles to the west or on an unnamed lake 2 miles to the north. HISTORY

The property was acquired in 1966 and there is no history of previous work done.

GEOLOGYAccurate data being unavailable, it is not possible to state definitely the geology of the

group. It appears however that the underlying rocks of nearby townships to the south and east are Precambrian in age and of metasedimentary, metavolcanic or granitic nature.

Exploration work being carried out by other Companies in the area, notably Jubilee Iron Corp. Ltd., have indicated that base metal sulphides occur in the area, GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY

An aeromagnetic survey carried out by the Ontario Department of Mines *nd plotted on Map No. 2366G indicates a strong basic intrusive running northwest across the property.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONSIn view of the generally favorable geological structure adjacent to the south east of the

area, further investigation is warranted by prospecting and by magnetometer and electromagnetic surveys at 400* line intervals.

REPORT ON THE PROPERTY OF

SAULT STE. MARIE MINING DIVISION, ONTARIO

SUMMARYThis property, located some 32 miles by road northerly from Thessalon, Ontario, was

examined by the writer on October 10th and lith. 1965.

In the central part of the property, on Claim SSM-71954, an old trench, made apparently about 40 to 50 years ago, discloses a sheared argillite mineralised with the copper carbonate malachite. No copper sulphides were noted and it is probable that considerable leaching has taken place. Some copper mineralization was noted at places across a width of eighteen feet, with a more concentrated mineralization across eight feet on the north east side of the shear cone. In the immediate area the

- rocks are largely covered by glacial drift and there are no rock outcrops along the apparent strike as far as the creek 1,000 feet south easterly and for 2,000 feet north westerly from the showing. A short distance south east of the creek sheared anrillHe was noted, somewhat off the apparent strike, and on the west side of Wakomata Lake, about a-half mile farther south east a two-foot wide,

west striking quartz vein mineralized with c nicopyrite was noted.

CONCLUSIONSThe showing on Claim SSM 71954 is a strong looking shear tone, and further work \\ recom

mended at this location to show up the extent and grade of the copper mineralization, as well as to explore for other possible ore bearing structures.

RECOMMENDATIONSThe writer recommends that the trench on the shear zone in Claim SSM 71954 be enlarged

and deepened to expose the primary copper mineralization, and surface work be done along the strike of the zone as far as the depth of overburden will permit. Concurrent with this surface work a program of line cutting and a geological examination of the property should be done tp be followed by a suitable geophysical survey to indicate the position of any mineralized sections in the known ht.*ar zone and to explore for additional copper bearing structures. An induced polarization and resutivity survey would possibly be the most suitable type of geophysical work. Depending on the results obtaiped the foregoing program should be followed by diamond drilling. Allowing for 2,000 linear feet o/ drilling the above program would cost about flS.OOO.

PROPERTY AND LOCATIONThe property is about 32 miles northerly from Thessalon, a town on the Soo braa:h of the

C.P.R. to which point there is a hard surfaced road whkh runs through the west part of the property.

The property consists of 26 unpatented mining claims in Township 188, Sault St*. Marie Mining Division of Ontario and these claims are numbered:

GENERAL GEOLOGYTbe general geology of the area is shown on Map. No 192A — the Wakomata Lake Area,

published by tbe Geological Survey of Canada. The rocks consist of flatly dipping quartzite*, cong

lomerates and argillite* of tbe Cobalt series of Late Huronian Age, which nave been intruded by

•ills and dykes of quartz diabase. The northwesterly part of tbe property is largely covered by

unconsolidated drift of glacial origin.

MINERALIZATIONOn Claim SSM. 71954 an old trencb exposes a strong shear zone in argillites. The zone strikes

N.56 degrees west with an almost vertical dip. The shearing is seen across a width of 18 feet, but

is mor* intensified along the north-east side where considerable malachite across a width of eight

feet wu noted. The malachite appears to be residual, the primary copper sulphides having been

removed by leaching.Immediately to the north west of the shear is a harder silicified argillite, showing no

sulphides but spotted with considerable limonite. A similar silicified tone was noted on the shore

of tbe lake som* 3.0OO feet south easterly.Shear,*] argillite was noted south ecst of the creek, somewhat south west of the apparent

glacial drift, which obscures the possible extension along strike of the mineralized zone for a total

distance of around 3,000 feet, as well as hiding any additional and parallel vein structures that

might be present.

PREVIOUS WORKApparently no work has been done on the property in recent years. Examination of several

former trenches and pits indicate they were excavated probably some 40 to 50 years ago.
