SummaryOver 8 years in positions of increasing responsibilities within the United States Army. Promoted to Non Commissioned
Officer in 2011. As a Sergeant responsibilities included taking charge of a group of soldiers performing various missions, writing
monthly progress reports and occasionally conducting on-call Sergeant desk responsibilities for 24 hour periods to include Charge
of Quarters (CQ). In 2012, I became Master Driver Certified. As Master Driver, it was my responsibility to train all personnel on
various vehicles. Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of various vehicles for various training activities and
international missions were also among the duties required. As a soldier in various positions, I designed, implemented, and
managed training programs as assigned. I conducted classes and briefing sessions and aided in the process of developing,
initiating and evaluating new procedures and policies. I have experience supervising office and field staff as well as, coordinating
workflow. Prior to my Army career, I worked in industries requiring various carpentry and mechanical skills. These positions required
