Option #2 Eligibility

•   Participant ages 4 to 18 when the application is submitted. •   Enrollment in public, private, or home education.

Completed applications must be delivered or emailed to the contacts below prior to end of the sport’s registration period. All materials submitted with the application will not be returned. Hand delivery may be made to your sport’s registrar, a sport’s director, or JTAA Executive Director. A copy may also be sent to one of these two formats:
