And with that degree ofconnection, we both by course were extremely pleased when hearing ofPresident Obama's decision to ask that you give of your essence (i.e., rare andunique intellectual capacities, imaginative energies and resourceful talents) inservice to his administration. And to pursue and succeed as you have overmonumental adversities in our new era of historical racial difficulties and relatedpolitical and civil challenges, as moral vanguard in the honorable task ofimproving with your presence and deeds the integrity of the high office which weare now sad to see you depart. On behalf of my wife and l, we thank you for allyou attempted and were able to accomplish.

Secondly, it is also with enormous pride that I ask that you please findaccompanying this cover my Moorish Nationalization Documents as well as acopy of my Official LaMul Name Correction for your review, recordation andacknowledgment which I in advance thank you for same.

Although President Obama's signing of The United Nations'Declaration on theRights of lndigenous Peoples clearly demonstrates what the U.S. Department ofState has publicly reconfirmed i.e., the Government's full and laithful support ofthe Moral and Political force of said GlobalAccord, and further despite thesignificant number of Mayoral Public Proclamations defining again so clearly whowe the lndigenous Moorish Americans are, which among same includes thetestaments of the former U.S. White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuelarticulations that we " the indigenous Moorish People of the Americas are nowunited in order to again link themselves with The Family of Nations" and that "theMoorish Americans, being aboriginal of the territories of Nofth, Central andSouth Americas, have formed a sovereign Theocratic Government", I living herein North Central Florida where news of these important incontrovertible facts hasnot been responsibly disseminated nor stressed by authorities as a matter to berespected, would feel far more assured of the aforesaid U.S. Commitment if youin your Official Capacity would find yourself willing to provide as requested abovea clear acknowledgement and acceptance of my Name Correction andNationalization Documents for recordation. Doing so would further aid me in theimportant process of making more secure the inalienable rights of my fellowMoorish American as was affirmed due, just and guaranteed by Articles lV and Vlof the Constitution Covenant of 1774 - 1781A.D and lawfully adopted for TheUnited States Republic.
