Unlike many brokers in the market, our complete independence means we are not tied to any particular insurers, facilities or schemes meaning we can provide true ‘open market’ reviews for our clients.

In fulfilment of this promise we pledge to:

• Appoint a dedicated Account Manager to handle all aspects of your insurance programme

• On request, provide you with an insurance register, wherever possible,

• Supply an easy-to-understand insurance and claims procedure guide

• Ensure that your claims are dealt with promptly and in accordance with the policy cover

• Act on your behalf in the processing and negotiating of claims with insurers or with loss adjusters appointed by your insurer

• Negotiate on your behalf with insurers at all times regarding cover, terms and pricing


Personal InsuranceDue to our close relationships with our Commercial and Trade Credit clients, many of the directors and staff choose to trust us with their personal insurances as well. We have access to many facilities for motor, household, travel and other products and provide solutions from the smallest and most straightforward risks, to market leading products and services for high net worth individuals and families. Like in all parts of the group, not only do we provide a dedicated service contact for placement and advice on policies, we support all of our clients with our in house claims management service.
