WELCOME: A sincere and warm welcome is extended to
everyone who worships here today. May the living Lord grant
to each of us His blessing as we bring our thanksgiving of
praise in the merit of Christ. We invite you to join us in the
Fellowship Hall following our morning service for
refreshments and fellowship.
Children aged 3-5 meet your teacher in the foyer during the
offering this morning for Children’s Church
ABOUT OUR MESSAGES
When looking for guidance, a compass is helpful to find which
way is north. But what happens when forces mess with the
compass, or the compass itself is faulty? In a similar way, as
Paul goes to trial in Acts 24:1-27, he is surrounded by people
with corrupt judgment. This text shows the difficulty
of “Finding North with a Messed-Up Compass.”
In the evening, to rightly calibrate our own judgment, there’s
no better place to go than Psalm 119. In Psalm 119:65-
72, David contrasts those of callous hearts with those who rely
upon the word of God. Our prayer ought to be the same as
His: “Teach Me Good Judgment.”
**The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held Tonight
at 6:45 PM. Please bring along the agenda and budget (green)
sheets that were put in your mailboxes.**
