quick removal of lengths from

the busbar trunking runs for load

shifting or maintenance. It also

can be removed and relocated

on the opposite end of the

length for the last minutes job

changes.

Self-piercing Riveting

Electrolytic coppers with purity over than

99.95% and conductivity over than 97.5%.

Silver plating along the length can reduce the

contact resistance and sawing section makes

the product more precision.

All bars are insulated by Mylar film from

Dupont, to prolong insulation service. The

insulation consist of two layers of heat-formed

polyester films surrounding each phase bar. It

means it can provide a solid insulation and the

excellent dielectric performance.

LB busway with fully enclosed by anti-

corrosion Al-Mg housing have been carefully

designed to reduce the weight, avoid the

hysteresis and eddy current losses.

LB busway is designed in sandwich-type

construction to provide superior heat transfer

effect and voltage drop characteristics. And

also LB busway is less space required for

installation and investment saving.

All the conduct and insulations are fully

enc losed wh ich can p rov ide a be t te r

protection degree. And totally enclosed

housing required no derating regardless of

mounting position.

Sandwich Plug-in Opening make a better heat

transfer effect in plug-in area, and also reduce

the impedance in plug-in opening.

High strength Self-piercing riveting can

reinforce the busway strength, which provide

superior protection under short circuit.

Smart Joint Pak

Plug-in Unit

Joya Electric provide the plug-in units with full

mechanical interlocks, which can prevent from

wrong operation and provide a good protection

to both people and equipments. All the plug-in

jaws are silver plated can reduce the contact

resistance and make a reliable connection.

Universal accessories

a. Connect the HV/LV

transformer and Switch

board.

b. Connect two LV

Switchboards.

c. Distribute power to

each load center in a

industry environment.

d. Distribute power to each

floor in a commercial or

residential buildings.

Smart joint pak connections can be removed

and replaced easily. Double-head bolt can

facilitate the installation and thermal indicator

on the joint pak can make the inspection and

maintenance much more easier.

The design of universal accessories can

make your installation much easier, however

in horizontal or vertical.

In a dry distribution room or power well, IP42 is a good choice.

In a dry room with fire pipeline above, IP54 is a good choice.

Outdoor application and those case may be attacked by rain,

IP65+canopy will be preferable.

Note: before busway is compeletely installed, there is no protection

degree at all.

Step7 Choose the proper plug-in units.

Step8 Routing and accessories

Calculate the total power requirement based each load

requirement. For and real case, pls contact your local

consultant to get more detail or refer to the design manual

make a right power needs calculation.

Calculate the ampere rating according to the total power

requirement.

Verify the ampere according to voltage drop requirement.

When calculate the voltage drop, the distribution coefficient

must be taken into account, details refer to page 15 of this

catalogue.

Verify the short circuit withstand capability. Normally LB

busway can afford the worst case of short circuit between

phases. For any special requirement, please contact our

local sales representative for help.

According to load requirement, select circuit breaker of fuse as

protection unit. Calculate the ampere based on load capacity.

LB plug-in units provide ampere from 16A-630A. Normally the

branch rating should be less than half of busway trunking

ratings. When the branch rating is over than 630A, we suggest

to put Flange end box plus circut breaker of fuse breaker of

fuse to protect.

Improve the layout design, try to make one routing which is

shorter and less elbow. According to actual situation, design

necessary hanger supports, LB busway requires the hangers

interval does not over than 2m. When busway pass through

two buildings, expansion units is required. Others, please

contact our local sales representative for help.
