November 30, Thursday – Day 3 – BETHLEHEM – SHEPHERD FIELDWe start our day in Bethlehem with a visit to the Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity – the birthplace of Christ. As we enter through the Door of Humility, we enter the Church and descend into the Grotto of Nativity. Beneath the Altar, a 14 pointed Silver Star marks the exact spot surrounded by the Latin inscription: HIC DE VIRGINE MARIA JESUS CHRISTUS NATUS (Here Jesus Christ was born to the Virgin Mary). We visit the Church of St. Catherine and see St. Jerome’s Grotto. We continue to the Shepherd’s Field and Grotto. Overnight in Bethlehem (B, D)

December 1, Friday – Day 4 – MT OF OLIVES – MT ZION – ATTEND THE LOCAL MASS AT ST SAVIOR AT 17:00 IN ARABIC FOLLOWED BY CONCERT We start the day at the top of Mt of Olives; we will visit the Ascension Chapel (entrance included) and the Church of the Pater Noster (entrance included). We’ll marvel at the views from the Mount of Olives, as we walk down Palm Sunday Road towards the Old City of Jerusalem, stopping at the Church of Dominus Flevit. We will also visit the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane, We then continue to Mt. Zion where we visit the ruins of Caiaphas’ Palace under the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu (entrance included). We’ll finish our day with a visit to the Upper Room and the Cenacle. We then go back to the hotel to refresh, and then attend the local Mass at St. Savior, followed by concert with the Choir of St. Savior (subject to confirmation closer to the arrival date ). Tonight we have “Sharing the Bread” dinner with local Christian Families. Overnight in Bethlehem. (B, Sharing the Bread Dinner)

December 2, Saturday – Day 5 – ST. ANNE – VIA DOLORSA – HOLY SEPULCHER – ATTEND THE LIGHTING OF THE CHRISTMAS TREE in BETHLEHEM WITH CONCERT PERFORMANCE Today we will visit the St. Ann Church (entrance included), the Chapel of Flagellation, and the Pools of Bethesda, where Jesus healed the Paralytic. Then we will pray the Stations of the Cross along the Way of the Cross (Via DOLOROSA) ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where we celebrate Mass. Tonight we will attend the lighting of the Christmas Tree in Bethlehem with Anna Nuzzo performing. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem. (B, D)

December 3, Sunday – Day 6 – EIN KAREM – ATTEND LIGHTING OF THE CHRISTMAS TREE AND CONCERT IN NAZARETH Proceed to Ein Kerem to visit the Church of the Visitation where we celebrate Mass. We see Mary’s spring and the birthplace of John the Baptist. We then continue to Nazareth the town of Mary’s home, where Jesus played as a child, learned a trade, and grew to man-hood. We settle into our hotel. Tonight we join in the festivities prepared by local Christians and the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony at the Church of the Annunciation followed by a concert. Dinner at the hotel and overnight in Nazareth. (B, D)

December 4, Monday – Day 7 NAZARETH- CANA- MT. TABOR We start the day with a visit to the Church of Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church and Mary’s Well. We continue to Cana where Jesus performed his first miracle. We invite couples to renew their wedding vows. (be sure to bring your rings). At the end of the day we visit Mt. Tabor (Taxi included) with a spectacular view of Upper Galilee, where Jesus transfigured in the presence of Peter, James and John to see the Church of Transfiguration with its radiant mosaic and chapels of Moses and Elijah. Mass is celebrated here. Dinner and overnight in Nazareth (B, D)

Fr. Peter JankowskiOrdained as a priest of the Joliet Dio-cese in 1996, he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy at the Catholic University of America, Washington DC, and a Master’s Degree in Divinity & Licentiate in Sacred Theology at the University of St. Mary of the Lake, Mun-deliein IL. Since 2006, he has served (in both English and Spanish) as Pastor of St. Patrick’s Church. He is also an Ad-junct Professor at the University of St. Francis, Joliet IL.

Anna NuzzoAnna is an acclaimed International Christian Singer, Songwriter & Shalom World TV Host. She has been blessed to sing in many parts of the world, includ-ing the Holy Land, Italy, Canada, Trini-dad & the USA. Anna has also sung in concert in Carnegie Hall in NY. She’s been singing professionally for over 20 years and credits her Marian Consecra-tion in 2012 for jumpstarting her Music Ministry. ITINERARY

December 5, Tuesday – Day 8 – SEA OF GALILEE We depart for the Sea of Galilee to enjoy a morning boat ride (Entrance included) and visit the “Jesus Boat”, a boat from the time of Jesus (Entrance included). Mass is celebrated at the Mt. of Beatitudes. We have a taste of St. Peter’s Fish for lunch (Lunch included) be-fore departing for Capernaum (Entrance included), where Jesus began His Galilean ministry. Here we explore the synagogue which dates to the time of Christ and see the site of St. Pe-ter’s home. We see the church with a glass floor which is constructed over the site, allowing us to look down into the excavated ruins of Peter’s house. Next we visit the Church of the Primacy of Peter, situated on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, where after His resurrection. Jesus met with his disciples and told Peter “ feed my lambs; feed my sheep’ (John 21:9). Our last stop is the Church of Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes, commemorating where Jesus fed the crowd of 5,000. Tonight we have a farewell dinner in a local restaurant in Nazareth. December 6, Wednesday – Day 9 – JERICHO- DEAD SEA – TEL AVIVToday we depart early for Jericho (Entrance to Tel Jericho included) – the first city to be cap-tured by Joshua as part of his conquest of the Land, site of the Mount of Temptation. We stop for a Baptismal Blessing at Qasr Al Yehoud. This site holds the oldest and most ancient tradition for being the place of Jesus’ baptism by John the Baptist in the River Jordan (Mat-thew, 3: 13-17). Later, we drive to the Dead Sea and take a dip in the salty waters. (be sure to bring your bathing suits). Mass will be celebrated. We settle into our hotel in Tel Aviv for dinner and overnight.
