January 5th, 2018Batch 3 Scholars Bread and Pastry Production NC II Assessment

The assessment for the National Certification from TESDA for the Foundation’s 3rd batch of scholars was held January 5 and 6, 2018. The scholars were required to successfully finish 4 recipes within a limited period of time. Recipes included in the assessment were Chiffon Cake, Lemon Meringue Pie, Cream Puff and Dinner Roll. The assigned assessor was Ms. Cristina R. Rivera from TESDA-GPSAT. All 18 scholars passed the assessment with flying colors.

December 20th, 2017Batch 3 Scholars Graduation Activities

The 3rd Batch of Scholars celebrated their completion of their Six-Months Training Program last 20th of December 2017. The event was attended by the Foundation’s Board of Directors- Mr. Gerard Dubois and Mr. Roger Geisser, La Rose Noire Philippines executivesMr. Stephen Warren and Ms. Pamela Flores, the scholars’ mentors, family members and other guests. Ms. Jenica Dunglao from TESDA Provincial Office delivered an inspiring commencement speech.This event is also considered as the first official graduation activities for La Rose Noire Training Center under TESDA Bread and Pastry Production NC II program.
