Joseph Latour has managed or advised over $1 billion of client assets for thousands of clients throughout his 25-year career as a financial advisor, investment adviser and retirement planner.
He has been associated with National Westminster Bank, Fleet Bank, First Union Bank, Tucker Anthony, AIG, Valic and Bank of America where he achieved the level of Senior Vice President and was recognized as one of the top financial advisors in the United States.
In 2009 he became an independent investment adviser and is currently a Managing Director of Concert Wealth Management with offices in San Jose, CA and Atlanta, GA.
Joe is passionate about providing the highest levels of service and communication to his clients. Together with the expertise of Jeff Pietsch, JD, CFA and his team at Concert Capital Management, he designs and offers portfolios comprised of low cost exchange traded funds and individual securities through fee based managed accounts utilizing TD Ameritrade as custodian.
He believes that these portfolios of lower cost index funds, exchange traded funds and individual securities can outperform actively managed funds and save clients thousands of dollars per year. This combined with the professional selection, computer based models and tactical approach from the Concert Capital Management team can produce quantifiable results that can be measured and communicated to his clients timely and effectively.
Joe resides with his wife and 4 children in Cumming, GA where he serves his community as a member of The Lanier Forsyth Rotary club, The Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and the investment committees of The United Way.
