months.

Fuji apples continue to be

an unrivaled best-seller. 

Fuji apples are a combi-

nation of two varieties:

Red Delicious and Ralls

Janet.

They were developed by

researchers in Japan and

they were first brought

to market in 1962.

Contain between 9-11% sugars by

weight and have a dense flesh that

is sweeter and crisper than many

other apple varieties, making them

popular with consumers around the

world.

Fuji apples also have a very long

shelf life compared to other ap-

ples. 

Fuji is typically large and round on

average the size of a baseball.

In my opinion the 

Fuji apple taste good. It taste 

sweet, tartness, delicious, and 

looked good to eat. It was 

strange that I didn't know 

there were a lot of different 

varieties of apples in the 

whole world. The Fuji apple 

looks like you could eat it 

when you go to a picnic or any 

where.
