Current responsibilities

Jordan Lazor joined JLL as an industrial, office and land specialist serving Northern California. Jordan is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and specializes in providing strategic consulting to companies with the acquisitions & dispositions, leasing and build to suits of commercial properties. Jordan has gained valuable experience in negotiating leases, purchase & sale contracts, the intricacies of the real estate development process, along with important aspects of the relocation process.

Experience

Jordan works as a partner with Managing Director Glen Dowling who has over 30 years of extensive experience in both Tenant and Landlord Representation and Investment Sales in Northern California. Prior to working for JLL, Jordan attended UC Davis where he graduated with a bachelor of sciences in managerial economics. During his tenure at Davis, he worked summer breaks as an analyst for Bradley Commercial Division, Lazor Construction, and participated in a 10-week financial training program at Morgan Stanley.

Education and affiliations

Jordan graduated from the University of California, Davis with a BS in Managerial Economics.
