Commentating on high-profile matches (prize money up to $10,000), maintaining high-quality content for long-durations

Thorough preparation to ensure well-informed, intelligent commentary.

Broadcast to over 40,000 concurrent viewers, over 5 million total viewers.

Paid to commentate in Norway for a tournament, flown over and given VIP status.

Took the risk of investing in high-end gaming PC to be able to broadcast streams and generate revenue. Advertised and branded personal stream with no help, was scouted and contracted within two weeks.

Worked both the larder and pizza sections in a busy kitchen (avg. 100 checks a night), making sure food was prepared and stocked up.

Made pizzas to order from scratch, including the dough and toppings and all cold food and appetisers to order.

Carried out weekly stock check for both sections.

Starting as a pot washer, I worked hard and showed dedication to the kitchen. I was promoted to larder chef and then to pizza chef shortly after because of my ability to learn quickly and cope under pressure.
