Your home away from home is at the modern residence inn in the beautiful area of chanDler arizona, just nine miles south of Sky Harbor International airport. Breakfast is included each morning, and two nights a week all guests are invited to a complimentary evening social (finger food & refreshments). Guests are also invited to stage their own private social hour in the evening around the pool. The play follows the life and death of Christ from the moment he enters Jerusalem through His Trial, Crucifixion, and Ascension and is performed by over 2,000 people who must be residents of the town to participate. The play has 124 speaking roles, a 65-member orchestra, 48 person chorus and hundreds of support people from costuming to technical expertise. lucerne, switzerlandWe arrive early morning at Zurich Airport to take an orientation tour of Zurich City highlights. It is only a short panoramic drive this afternoon to Central Switzerland and our hotel in Lucerne, the Swiss capital of tourism where we will check in for a two-night stay.

We will pass through Garmisch-Partenkirchen for a look at the 1936 Winter Olympic Grounds, and then in Ettal to visit a Benedictine Monastery with 800 years of history. We visit one of Ludwig II castles, The Linderhof, which was his smallest but his favourite residence, then arrive in Oberammergau, the darling Passion Play Village with its quaint painted houses this afternoon. We will take a unique train and an aerial cable car to Seegrube, from where we have fabulous views over Innsbruck. Tonight look forward to a real Tirolean Folklore Show with lots of Um-pa-pa music. It was an impromptu jam session involving Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash made on December 4, 1956, at the Sun Record Studios in Memphis, Tennessee that started the ball rolling. This tour crosses the border to upstate New York at Gananoque Ontario. Our first overnight stay will be in Mentor, OH. On day two, we arrive in Nashville to check in at the lovely Opryland Hotel which is central to many activities in Nashville.

New this year is an exciting Studio B recording session for the entire group. Originally built in 1956, more than 35,000 songs were brought to life in RCA Studio B. Additional highlight features in Nashville are visits to the iconic Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and Saturday night at the Grand Ole Opry.

En Route to Memphis, we visit Loretta Lynn’s Plantation Home, Replica Butcher Holler Home, Coal Mine #5, and The Coal Miner’s Daughter Museum and have lunch there. We stay at the lovely Guesthouse at Graceland and have the Elvis Experience Tour Including the airplanes. There will also be time spent in the core of Memphis to explore Beale Street, and areas of interest such as the Peabody Hotel made famous by the Peabody ducks that spend their days in the opulent fountain in the lobby of the hotel; the famous Orpheum Theatre walk of fame and charming Main Street serviced by Vintage Electric Trolleys.

Travelling westward in the Ozark Mountain Range, we cross the Arkansas border in Missouri. We stay in Branson Missouri at the gracious Grand Victorian Hotel, steps away from the Tanger Factory Outlets. erie – walnut creek, ohio. Holmes County in the northeast region of Ohio is our destination today, stopping first at Behalt to acquaint you with the Amish/Mennonite Heritage. You will even pick up tips about the different styles of Amish ladies caps! Your first sample of Dutch Valley fare at lunch time will be in Sugarcreek. This is an independent lunch. Groups from previous visits have been rendered speechless when they first lay eyes on the tranquil setting of our accommodations in Walnut Creek. Add to that the sounds of rolling buggy wheels and the clopping of horses’ hooves as they roll by the front verandah, you will realize that you are staying in a uniquely different part of the world. Dinner and visit will be at The Erma Weaver Family Home tonight.

Your days will be full and fascinating as you experience life in Holmes County Ohio. From homesteads to village life, to small sustainable manufacturing visits and the larger Pioneer Equipment Factory Tour, to a local quilt shop and dry goods store, your experiences will be informative and fun. chambersburg – Pigeon Forge, tn. We follow the Appalachian Mountain Range through the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee to Pigeon Forge. This evening we look forward to lively interaction at the hatfield & Mccoy Dinner theatre. Pigeon Forge will be our home for the next three nights.

Part of today is devoted to charming Gatlinburg. We will introduce you to tennessee’s First legal Moonshine tour, and then complete the day with Dolly Parton’s Dixie stampede christmas Dinner show.

This morning you will have some free time as well as shopping time at the outlet centre. Our show this evening will be at the smoky Mountain opry for a variety of great music.

tour Directors All our tours provide the services of an experienced Tour Director where noted in the inclusions.

open to the General Public Most itineraries are available to travelers of all ages except very young children. Persons under the age of 19 (Canada) 21 (USA & Overseas) must be accompanied by an adult.

smoking & alcohol Policy For the comfort of everyone, smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the Motorcoach. Smokers may take advantage of the frequent stops. With the majority of hotels and properties now offering non-smoking facilities and accommodations, should you wish to have a smoking room, this can be accepted as a request only and will be determined only by the availability, if any, of smoking rooms at the subject property(s).

seating Seats may not be reserved in the Motorcoach; they are first come, first served. A rotation system is used whereby you change seats at the discretion of your Tour Director on overnight and multiple day tours.

itineraries Prior to tour departing, you will be sent your tour package which will contain a detailed itinerary, luggage tags, insurance particulars, where applicable, and a complete listing of hotels with phone numbers. This is sent to each client prior to tour departure date, electronically or by mail.

Deposit Reservations will be confirmed when the deposit is received in the amount indicated on individual trip descriptions. Registrations can still be accepted up to 48 hours prior to tour departing, provided the tour is not sold out, and provided Jolly Tours can secure all components advertised.

holding seats Tentative reservation requests will be held for ten days pending receipt of required deposit. This policy is not available if the tour you are requesting space on is to depart within 30 days of the day you are requesting to hold a seat and / or the balance due date on the tour has already passed. In this case, full payment is required at the time of registration (within 24 hours). No exceptions will be made to this policy.

tour Prices Canadian Dollar prices listed are per person based on single, double, triple & quad occupancy. All taxes where applicable are included and indicated. Prices are based upon costs and conditions at the time of printing (August 2019) and are subject to change. Also, prevailing rates for hotels and theatre or other tickets may apply on some tours for last minute bookings. cancellation & trip interruption insurance

Cancellation & Trip interruption insurance is included when noted on each itinerary.

*Cancellation Insurance protects your dollars paid should you need to cancel. The terms and conditions of this insurance are specifically outlined in the insurance policy. You must advise our office within one day after the cause of cancellation occurs otherwise reimbursement may be reduced by the Insurance Company. If you have a pre-existing condition, please inquire about your insurance validity at the time of booking. In general, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, your Condition must have been stable prior to your registration date in order for the policy to cover in case of cancellation due to this illness. Cancellation due to illness requires a written Doctors letter.

In the event of cancellation, transfer of monies from one person to another cannot be made due to regulations. Therefore, the person who has cancelled must advise Jolly Tours of their cancellation as well as the applicable insurance carrier for refund. The person who is replacing, will need to pay for their tour in full.

If a person is traveling with a partner whether it is Double, Triple or Quad, and replacement is not found, the remaining travelers will be charged for the change in occupancy.

For example: Two people traveling together find that one needs to cancel, then remaining partner will be charged the difference from double to single. I) For Daytrips costing up to $149.00, protection is available at a cost of $10.00 + HST per person ($11.30)

II) For Daytrips costing $150.00 and over, protection is available at a cost of $20.00 + HST per person ($22.60)

Protection purchased above gives you the following coverage:

• Up to 24 hrs. before the trip departure you can make one full name change on your ticket/receipt without administration fees or charges from Jolly Tours. Should the trip be on a Saturday or Sunday, Jolly Tours must be advised officially of this name change by 5:00 pm close on the Thursday prior to the trip. All name changes must be advised to Jolly Tours prior to 24 hours as outlined above, if a person arrives for a day trip who is not registered they will not be permitted to participate in this trip. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

• Should you request and make a name change on your ticket to another person, the terms of this protection does not extend to the newly named person meaning, that newly named person cannot than request to be refunded under the terms of this protection policy or name someone else in their place.

Should you not wish to purchase Daytrip protection at the time of registration, your Daytrip is 100% non-refundable from the date of purchase. No name changes, transfer of tickets and/or refunds will be offered. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
