You don’t need to be involved in farming to be a Young Farmer – just someone who appreciates the countryside and enjoys rural life.
Our thousands of YFC members, aged between 10 and 28, get involved with national competitions, agricultural events, training, international travel and make lifelong friends.

The first Young Farmers’ Club was formed in 1921 in Devon. By 1932, the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs was created and has been supporting thousands of YFC members ever since.
