On behalf of Harker Simmentals and the Field of Dreams team, we would like to welcome

you to the 2016 Field of Dreams Sale.

It’s hard to believe that this will be the 12th year for hosting the Field of Dreams in Hope.

A lot has changed in the last decade, but one thing as remained the same – the Field of

Dreams consignors have remained committed in bringing their best stock to the Field of

Dreams Sale and offering you the opportunity to take one home. We hope that you will

come and enjoy Hoosier Hospitality at its finest. Make sure you attend the presale social on

Saturday evening and then enjoy more great food and hospitality on sale day.

We have diligently been working on improving our genetic base while striving for continuous

improvement to help project both our customers and the breed into a higher standard in the

future. This year is like any other – the breeders in this sale feel that they have brought their

best and hope your opinion is the same as the consignors.

We are located just 1 1/2 hours from Silver Towne Farms. Along with being located eight

miles east of the Exit 76 Antique Mall and the Edinburgh Outlet Mall just off of I-65. Please

Beshears simmentals • Three great examples of why Silk is a donor and will continue to be a feature donor at Beshears Simmentals. In her 4 years here, eight head have sold at auction for an average just over $7,700 and most recently her natural calf just sold in Denver for $11,000. These three heifers will not disappoint you. D904 is kind of the combination of her two sisters. She is truly is a belly dragger, with a very smooth shoulder that ties into her neck very nicely. She also has a great disposition and will be a lot of fun to haul around on the show circuit. A full sister sold last year for $14,000 in this sale. DS07 maybe the first Executive Order progeny to hit the auction block, and what a way to start. She is a little bit more rugged made than her sisters, but still stays plenty smooth through her front end and she floats across the ground. D24 is the smoker in the wood pile. She started off a little greener but just keeps getting better everyday. She is very correct in her feet and legs, long and feminine, has LOTS of hair, and a great disposition. She would make and excellent project for a junior. All three females have a lot of potential, and come from arguably the most time tested proven cow family in our breed.
