▶ Achieved an amendment to the Clean and Green Law to assure use value assessment provided under the law cannot exceed tax values that would be assessed under the county’s fair market value assessment and Clean and Green values may only be increased in a year that countywide reassessment occurs

▶ Won exemptions for farmers from sales tax and liquid fuels taxes when purchasing for agricultural production

▶ Preserved the right of farm youth to work on farms

▶ Achieved permanent Federal Estate Tax law protecting most Pennsylvania farms

▶ Educated one million suburban and urban students about modern agriculture through our Mobile Agriculture Education Science Labs
