The pharmacy benefit under the Aetna HRA and High Deductible HSA Plans† and the UnitedHealthcare PPO/Indemnity options provide 100% coverage for prescription drugs manufactured or marketed by the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. This means that if your doctor orders such a prescription drug brand for you or a covered dependent, as applicable to your Plan, you will have no copay, no deductible and/or no coinsurance, nor will it be subject to the HRA fund. * Diabetic supplies that are manufactured/marketed by LifeScan/Animas are covered under the HRA and High Deductible HSA Plans at 100% † Under the Aetna High Deductible HSA Plan, your annual deductible needs to be satisfied prior to 100% coverage. If your doctor determines that prescribing a prescription drug manufactured or marketed by the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is appropriate, the prescription must specify “dispense as written” to ensure that you receive the brand drug indicated.
