John & MindyNovember 3rd, 2016

Mindy was a homebody and because of her not wanting to ever go out, she was almost certain finding her “other half” was going to be merely impossible. It was when she came across a dating site and even tough a little skeptical, she gave it a try. Little did she know, the beginning of her future was about to begin. She came across a picture of what she calls today, her “dream guy”. A blond hair, blue eye man named John. Within couple of weeks of exchanging emails and phone calls, they set their first official “date” and from that moment on, March 25th had a new meaning. They hit it off from the beginning sharing similarities from their “funny” yet calm personalities to their food and music taste. They LOVE pizza! With just 7 months of dating, they knew in their hearts they would never want to be apart. On October 23, 2015, John proposed at “Morton’s Restaurant”, (where they held their first date). In a private room filled with red roses, there was John on his knees, teary eyes holding the “perfect” ring for his perfect girl. They were then ready to start making their “Elegant, sophisticated and classy wedding” come to life splatter with gold and black color touches.

Attire Elegancy is the the “key word” for this wedding and will be splashed in every aspect starting from the

Brides and Grooms attire.

Accessories The “accessories” chosen are very detailed with sophistication and color

coordinated to match the color pallet chosen for the wedding.

Anticipation Just as every touch put into the Wedding, the detailed invitation and other

parts of the “anticipation” process is filled with special touch and all based accordingly to match the Black, Gold and Pink theme.

Arrival One of the most awaiting moments of the Wedding, the arrival of the guests, bridal party, Bride and

Groom. The look of the “Servers/Ushers” at the door is the touch of professionalism, sophistication and elegancy of the Venue.

AtmosphereFlowers, lights, gold, black and lots of LOVE is in every detail of the couple’s special day. The both put lots

of thought towards making their vision come to LIFE.

AppetiteChoices of seafood and a delicious steak, the guests will be delighted with the taste of both plates offered and indulge their

palate with a piece of the elegant and modern vanilla flavored cake.

AmusementSomething that will not be missing on the Wedding Day is entertainment which was very much thought out

to be elegant, amusing but most important – FUN! The night will end with the walk of the Bride and Groom through a river of sparkling fire stars.

AppreciationJohn and Mindy are known to be friendly and a very appreciative couple. They will thank their bridal

party with thoughtful and detailed gifts. To their guests, they will mail handwritten notes along with a beautiful picture of them as a reminder of the Special Day.

Day of Coordination

Day of coordination is meant for the Bride who enjoys having most of the responsibilities for planning her own wedding, but could still use a professional guidance on wedding day to ensure her vision becomes a reality. But

the name “day of coordination” is deceiving since this service starts weeks before “the day of”. The Day of

Coordinator’s responsibilities are to take care of the logistical details such as creating a detailed timeline for (Bride,

Groom, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, family members, DJ/band, photographer/videographer), coordinating food

tasting, contacting and coordinating the vendors for the scheduled deliveries and reviewing copies of all contracts to

clarify all contractual “obligations”.

After discussing the client’s vision, the coordinator would be in charge of running the wedding rehearsal,

ceremony and reception. The Day of Coordinator’s responsibilities would be to be present at the venue(s) and

ensure every detail is set up the way the client has envisioned and be the liaison between the bride and the vendors

for the day. This greatly relieves the bride of unnecessary stress.
