The Consultant
John Crofts has had significant experience in the human resource field in both the public, private
and international arena. He has postgraduate qualifications in Organization Behaviour, Business and
Educational Administration. He has lectured in the tertiary sector, co-authored a book on
organizational health, written and published articles on organizational change. He has successfully
consulted for the past 20 years focusing on helping individuals, groups and organizations bring the
new to fruition: new products and services, new visions of the future, new strategies for making these
visions real, new ways of working together ... new anything. As well, he has a depth of experience in
designing and facilitating large scale interactive conferences and sometimes using a graphic designer
