INTRODUCTION TO MOTION SERIESAll of the sets in this offense start in a 2 - 3formation. This offense is made up of two guards, twoforwards, and a center. To help better explain the offense, we will usenumbers to make it easier to follow.

This offense should be practicedand run on boththe left and right sides of the floor.

A. The Basic Set

# 1 passes to # 3 # 1 cuts toward the block and then out to thecorner. # 2 v-cuts to the top and receivesa pass backfrom # 3.
