PORTFOLIO!!LONDON ROAD PORTAS PILOT Project Management 2013/14!Brighton & Hove Business Forum !The London Road Portas Pilot is a high street regeneration project in Brighton which aims to rejuvenate a struggling area of the city which suffers from high levels of crime, poor reputation and vacant properties. As project manager I oversee all elements within the scheme which include crime reduction initiatives, operations with the Police, branding and marketing (on and offline), public art works and managing grant structures. The project involves working with and creating multiple partnerships with independent and multiple businesses, the Police, Brighton & Hove City Council, Department for Communities and Local Government and Community Groups. !Since starting in 2013 we’ve had a year on year reduction of crime of 9% with commercial vacancy rates falling from 16% to 7% in 18 months. The project has been so successful we have been championed as a national success story by minister for communities Penny Mordaunt MP at the DCLG. !LOVEBOX FESTIVAL Production Management 2014 C3 Productions Ltd !Lovebox takes place over 2 days in East London's Victoria Park, London. Welcoming 80,000 people over the weekend, Lovebox Festival is a celebration of the best of British and international music talent, dance and the arts. Working on behalf of C3 productions Ltd, I assisted with the build of 7 venues including technical installation, site logistics, crew welfare, accreditation and health & safety.!

PORTFOLIO!!THE GREAT ESCAPE Production Management 2010/2011/2014 !The MAMA Group / C3 Productions Ltd !The Great Escape is Europe's leading festival for new music with over 35 venues, 400 artists, 700 performances taking place over 3 days with an industry conference and over 3,000 delegates. As part of the core production team my main role was to manage outdoor ‘pop up’ performances across Brighton in unique locations working with event partners Dr Martens, Lush Cosmetics and Arts Council England. In addition to the pop up shows I also managed production and artist advancing for 8 of the 35 venues as part of the Alternative Escape. !BLUEPEG Partnership Management 2011/2012/2013 !BluePeg is a brand partnership agency with particular focus on entertainment and music partnerships. Their portfolio includes some of the most in demand and award winning music events in the UK including The Secret Garden Party, the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize, Festival No.6, Lollibop Festival, The Eden Sessions, the UK Festival Awards and Kendal Calling. !As Partnership Manager my role was to oversee production and operations for all sponsor activity across our portfolio, this included logistics, operations, production, hospitality, brand management, VIPs, press and guests. This role included working with high profile global brands such as Tesco and John Lewis through to smaller niche brands, such as Cath Kidson, across a range of sectors.

PORTFOLIO !!UK FESTIVAL AWARDS Event Management 2011 !The UK Festival Awards are the annual Oscars for the contemporary festival industry. As the assistant event manager my role covered a wide range of activities at the UK Festival conference at the HMV Forum and UK Festival Awards Ceremony at the Roundhouse, Camden. The role included marketing, sales, production, bookings, ticketing, liaising with speakers, database management and online content management. !GROOVE ON THE GREEN Festival Management 2011 !Groove on the Green is a 3 day blues, jazz and swing festival which takes place in Liverpool City Centre. In my role as the festival manager I oversaw all production, health and safety, site management and logistics, marketing, promotion, bookings and budget management. !MOBO AWARDS Talent Management 2010 !At the 2010 MOBO awards, I was responsible for all headline talent hospitality including catering, riders and green room facilities. This involved co-ordinating and sourcing suppliers with the artist liaison teams. !BRITISH GRAND PRIX SILVERSTONE Event Management 2008 !Bodansky Sponsorship Ltd is one of the leading companies in Formula 1 sponsorship and hospitality. I worked at the 2008 British Grand Prix as a sponsorship assistant looking after over 130 Toyota and Panasonic VIP’s. !
