What does that mean? Every period was a different set of requirements Every period was a different set of standards Every period was a different grading system No consistency across the school No consistency across the districts

Success depended upon whether or not a student was lucky enough to get a particular teacher.

Unwritten contract: “If you pass me… I won’t bother you”.

Georgia Tech professors connected with high school teachers to talk about various offerings and potential partnerships. Dr. Lisa Yaszek (GT) and Ms. Christin Bush (WCHS) are already working on a plan to grow the Literary Studies department offerings.36. Ware Middle 6th grade will connect with Priors Field in Warwickshire, England for a penpal exchange.37. Memorial Drive 1st graders in Mrs. Dill's class will be videoconferencing with various school districts as well as participating in a wiki exchange for a Flat Stanley project.
