CityJet is an equal opportunities employer Job Title: Quality Airworthiness Inspector Department: Quality & Compliance Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent Recruitment Source: Internal / External The Role Reporting to the Quality Manager the successful candidate will have responsibility to support the Quality Manager in the duties outlined below. The role will be supporting the airworthiness compliance program to ensure continued validity of the organisations Part 145, Part M and Part 147 approvals. The Quality & Compliance Department is an independent department within CityJet. Duties & Responsibilities Performance of Audits (Airworthiness / Maintenance) in compliance with the organisations audit schedule. Development and review of the audit programme and compliance checklists. Liaison with internal departments in relation to compliance issues as required. Co-ordinate action plans, and verify implementation of solutions to audit findings. Review & Assessment of legislative changes. Preparation of reports for management. Investigation of incidents & production of reports as required. Liaise with the Irish Aviation Authority as required. Participate in the granting of authorisations to CityJet personnel. Registration / De-Registration of Aircraft. Assessment of training programmes. Development of processes and procedures in support of the department goals. Participation in the generation of new company procedures where they are affected by regulation. Inspection of aircraft for the purpose of renewal of the airworthiness review certificate. (ARC) Deputising for the Quality & Compliance manager as required. Qualifications / Skills / Competencies Aeronautical / Engineering degree or Part 66 license. Certifying experience in Part 145 line / base maintenance environment. Completed formal Internal or Lead auditor training. Detailed knowledge of EASA Part 145 & Part M regulation.
