Matric with 5 years experience in
laboratory.

Production as per plan,
Organize R.M., Manpower planning,
preparation of report/log book. Ensure
the quality; provide safety precautions,
Co-ordinate between workers &
managers, Training of workers. Keep
the furnace in working conditions.
ITI with 5 years experience in auto
industry. Knowledge of materials and
heat treatment process.
4. Junior Engineer
Production as per plan,
Organize R.M., Manpower planning,
preparation of report/log book. Ensure
the quality; provide safety precautions,
Co-ordinate between workers &
managers, Training of workers. Keep
the furnace in working conditions.
ITI with 10 years experience or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
i)Thoroughness in specification
ii) Leadership qualities
iii) Good in communication
5. Engineer
Production as per plan,
Organize R.M., Manpower planning,
preparation of report/log book. Ensure
the quality; provide safety precautions,
Co-ordinate between workers &
managers, Training of workers. Keep
the furnace in working conditions.
Implementing corrective and
preventive actions for identified
problems.
Fresh Engineering degree or Diploma
with 5 years experience.

Engineering degree with 15 years
experience or Diploma with 20 years
experience / post graduate degree in
engg with 8 years experience.
9. Sr. Manager
Should be able to meet the production
targets, Control of heat treatment
process, Computing the productivity
of the product, Continuous
improvements in the heat shop,
Defining and monitoring of quality
objectives, Implementing corrective

experience or Diploma with 25 years
experience / post graduate degree in

10. Metallurgist
Process development and process
control in heat treatment. Should have
through knowledge of materials.
Metallographic and chemical
examination of steels.
BE Metallurgy with 5 years
experience or BSC with 10 years
experience in auto industry.
Note 1- Trainees can be fresher with good physical & mental health. 2- Fresh Graduate engineer may be taken as trainee. 3- Fresh diploma engineer may be taken as trainee and after completion of
6 month may be placed as Jr. Engineer.
