As a specialist Plumbing and heating company, Signature Construction Developments were contracted to install new Gas Boilers for existing properties in Manchester. The project involved precision drilling and cutting of double skinned brick walls of various aggregates to accommodate boiler flues at 117mmØ externally on 3 ground-floor properties as part of a 1 month renovation. The work undertaken had to be clean and due to the tight deadlines, needed to be done on time in order to fit with the ongoing project management of the renovation. Specialist Plumbing and Heating company, MB Heating were contracted to install new gas boilers for new residential development in Wigan. The project involved precision drilling and cutting of double skinned brick walls through various aggregates to accommodate boiler flues at 127mmØ externally for 450+ properties as part of a 18 month new build development project for a major new build property company. They used both 150mm and 300mm length slotted coredrills. The combination of this along with the power and precision of the QDM-150D Dry Diamond Drilling motor mean that the transmission of vibration, noise and dust was kept to the lowest possible level and the result was a clean, well positioned hole.
