Job Summary: The SAP Warehouse Management / Material Management Consultant willprovide leadership and direction in defining and maintaining the integrityof the functional process designs, standards, and SAP WM / MMconfigurations for Greenlee and its subsidiaries. Incumbent will work withother SAP members, IT staff, and Greenlee Operations functional leadersto analyze proposed changes to SAP technical configuration settings tooptimize overall performance. Scope: The role includes the definition, delivery, and production support of theSAP configuration design to support the overall enterprise strategies andobjectives for the sales and distribution functions.

Responsibilities:

Implement technical project plans for SAP WM, MM, QM, PP andSales Distribution (logistics disciplines) Modules

Ensure common configuration across Greenlee business units forSAP Warehouse Management / Material Managementand SalesDistribution (Shipping/Transportation disciplines) module

Support production configuration and assist in functional changerequests (enhancements)

Support business implementations by sharing best practice

Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution,developing designs, and process modeling

Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requestsand prototype activities

Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request,enhancements, and new functionality

Knowledge working with testing tools (e.g. Test Director,WinRunnner)

Work with the Textron SAP Help Desk to facilitate problemresolution

Assist with training activities

Work with SAP to resolve software bugs

Work with BASIS and ABAP personnel to define custom programspecifications and trouble shooting

Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionalityand perform application research

Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancementassessments and make recommendations

Prepare business (functional) specifications for process design,enhancements, etc.

Develop business relationships and integrate activities with otherdepartments to ensure successful implementation and supportproject efforts

Ensure SAP service levels are met, and project objectives areaccomplished within budget and deadline
