Students must be friendly, hardworking, team player, flexible, positive attitude, motivated, honest, reliable. Previous hospitality service experience helpful. • Students should be prepared to live in the very remote (but beautiful!) White Mountains area of NH

• Story Land is offering local weekly trips in late June-August, and limited in September. We visit local attractions, local natural beauty spots, local entertainment, the ocean, shopping, etc.

• Within the area there are couple local taxi services, but no local buses, trains, etc.

• There is a WIFI in rooms – recommended personal computers, company computers are limited

CITY/PARK FACTS

• With the Story Land Theme Park you will experience great working environment, good work hours and meet a lot of people/new friendships. With your house liaison you will able to visit many places in the area. A lot of ‘extras’ to working with us – incentives, parties, after hour activities. Great area of the country – beautiful mountains for hiking, rivers & lakes for swimming and fishing, biking, shopping, restaurants, movies, etc

ADDITONAL INFORMATION

• Your job may not be available if you arrive late. When you obtain your travel

itinerary, please email it to Janus International at [email protected] and Tiffany Murray (e-mail on job offer). Please note that you are responsible for verifying your university schedule prior to your travel arrangements. You must obtain approval from Janus International and/or your employer of any changes in your Job Start or Job Ending dates prior to your arrival in the U.S. If your employer is unable to accept that change, they have the right to cancel your Job Agreement. After your arrival in the U.S., any unauthorized early departure from your program or from your employer, starting the unvetted job may result in loss of deposit, program cancellation and/or denial of a future visa application

Appearance Expectations for Cast Members

Earrings: For females: Conservative earrings no larger than a quarter in size are allowed. No more than 3 earrings per ear.

Any other visible body piercings must be removed during working hours. For males: Earrings are not allowed. Any other

visible body piercings must be removed during working hours.

Rings: No more than 2 conservative rings per hand.

Necklaces/Bracelets: Only 1 necklace may be worn & only 1 bracelet per arm. A watch counts as a bracelet. Necklaces and

bracelets must not be visible over your clothes and they must be small & conservative.

Tattoos: Any tattoos must be concealed.

Hair: For Females: Hair must be one natural color, neat, out of your eyes, simply arranged, & well groomed. Please pull it

back if in the Food Department. For males: It must be one natural color & neat along with being cut above the eyebrows,

above the collar, and above the ears.

Fingernails & Polish: For Females: Moderate nail length, only 1 appropriate polish color, and the polish must be well

mainted. For males, nails length must be short and no nail polish is allowed.

Nametags: Worn horizontal, on your shirt - the opposiste side of the logo. Only wear your nametag.

Sunglasses: Conservative sunglasses are only allowed when working outside. They cannot be mirrored, neon, or fashion

lenses.

Shoes & Socks: Low top sneakers, clean & predominately one conservative color. Socks must be white or the color of your

shorts/pants.

Undergarments: Only solid white undergarments are allowed to be worn underneath your uniform/costume.

Costume: belt ~ black or brown, pants/shorts ~ worn as designed; no sagging pants, not dragging on the ground. Shirts ~

not too big/not too small, and must be tucked in with the collar down.

TRAVELING TO STORY LAND

Traveling to Story Land

If flying into New York you will have to take a bus from NY to Boston and then a bus from Boston to New

Hampshire/Story Land. If traveling this route you will take one bus (bus line) from NY to Boston and then have to

change to a Concord Trailways from Boston to NH. Because of bus schedules you will likely have to stay overnight in

Boston, take 9:25 am departure bus in order to arrive at Story Land on the 1:35pm bus.

If flying into Logan Airport/Boston you can take a bus (Concord Trailways) directly to North Conway, New

Hampshire/Story Land. Depending on when you arrive in Boston you will likely have to stay overnight in Boston and

take the bus the next morning (9:25/10am) in order to have you arrive to us at 1:35pm. Pick up is available only

during the day at 1:35 PM arrival to North Conway, NH. Please arrive only on 1:35 PM North Conway, NH bus.

Please call Tiffany/Story Land before leaving Boston so that they know to pick you up that afternoon.

**** It is very important that you take the morning Boston bus (9:25am/10am) and arrive to us at 1:35pm. There is

no one at Story Land to pick you up/help you to your housing at night so DO NOT come in on the evening bus. You

will have to take taxi/uber to get to your housing if you arrive any other time then Concord Trailway bus at 1:35 PM.
