POSITION: ICT Project Officer
RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager - Information Technology and Business Capability DIRECT REPORTS: Nil KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Manager - Information Technology and Business Capability

JOB PURPOSE: To support ICT projects relating to the integration of The Care Manager (TCM) with other business applications; and the implementation of TCM modules within established timeframes and budgets as directed.

DUTIES OF ICT PROJECT OFFICER:
1. Assist Manager-Information Technology and Business Capability with ICT projects relating to TCM integration and investigations as required.
2. Organise and conduct project meetings, including recording minutes and outcomes as
necessary.
3. Liaise with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to achieve the project goals and outcomes.
4. Assist with the development of TCM documentation and procedures. 5. Keep track of TCM projects delivered and provide project update as required.
6. Conduct TCM timesheet audit reports as directed. 7. Support and assist TCM users with their queries as required.
8. Regularly monitor the use of the TCM to ensure the system is utilised to its full capacity
and the quality required in delivering the optimal business solution. 9. Support the Training and Development Co-ordinator, to develop and deliver TCM related
training. 10. Adhere to the principles of Workplace Health and Safety.
11. Other relevant duties as required.

FUNCTIONS KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Provide support to the TCM related queries and Projects
i) Liaise with key stakeholders who will have requirements to utilise the Client Information Management System.
ii) Ensure that project plans are prepared
and provide regular update as appropriate.
iii) Provide any other TCM data
information as requested. iv) Ensure all tasks and communications
are of a high professional standard
v) Act as a point of contact for user support required for the TCM related enquiries and projects.
vi) Ensure all information is kept
confidential.
vii) Develop and update the TCM documentation in accordance with business process.
viii) Assist with the efficient and effective operation of Client Information System.
2. Organise and conduct project meetings i) Issue invitations and agenda at least 2
business days prior to the meeting. ii) Facilitate meetings as meeting chair as
required.
iii) Record meetings minutes including agreed outcomes and distribute with 5 business days of the meeting.
3. Support the Training and Development
Manager, to develop and deliver TCM related training.
i) Contribute to the development and delivery appropriate TCM training associated with projects.
ii) Provide one on one support for general
users and power users as appropriate.
4. Ensure liaison with all relevant stakeholders
i) Liaise with Cootharinga staff for input, perspectives and feedback during projects.
ii) Liaise with ICT Manager, consultants
and during TCM related projects.

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR ICT PROJECT OFFICER
Essential:
1. Relevant ICT or business qualification and or previous experience. 2. Minimum two year experience supporting The Care Manager (TCM) 2. Knowledge of payroll processes. 3. Strong computer skills including experience with database systems; and demonstrated
ability in the use of MS Office, including Excel to Intermediate – Advanced level. 4. Proven ability to carry out duties to a high professional standard including maintaining
confidentiality. 5. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing. 6. Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical and time
management skills. 7. Ability to follow direction and effectively work as a part of a small team. 8. Ability to effectively manage projects within budgetary constraints. 9. Ability to provide TCM support and provide training for TCM users. 10. Possess Queensland “C” class driver’s licence. Desirable:
1. Software implementation or integration experience.
2. Previous experience with Attaché Accounting or other Software.
3. Understanding of ICT Projects and /or ICT Project Lifecycle and experience in project
management.
4. Recognised ICT qualification.
