This Job Aid will assist setting up the Outlook Application for use on iPhones and Android phones.

1. Go to App Store, click on

4. Close App Store and open Outlook
5. In “Add an Account” menu choose

Account Setup
6. Type your email ID, password and description Example: If you are Sales Representative: Email ID - Representative number+ @lawsonproducts.com Password - same as SAP portal Description – lawson products Example: If you are Corporate employee: Email Address - is your [email protected] Username – is the same windows user account For example: John Bridgewater – [email protected]
Password – same as Windows login Description – lawson products
7. Prompt for push notifications, click OK

8. Select icon and turn off “Focused Inbox” setting
iPhone Icons This is the inbox email list. On the top you can see icons:
To see all your email folders -
Search email -
New email -
Bottom icons:
Email - view messages
Calendar –- view appointments and meetings
Files – all your received emails attachments
People – list of your corporate contacts
Settings – account management settings

1. Tap on settings icon - 2. Chose “Help & Feedback” 3. Chose “FAQs”
Attention: Calendar events do not sync with iPhone iOS default calendar.

Android Device Setup
1. Go to Play Store, ;
2. Type “Outlook” in search field;
3. Click on “Microsoft Outlook”;

4. Tap “Install”;
5. After Outlook installs go to the menu screen and
click on the “Outlook” icon;

6. Click “ACCEPT” ;
