1. ROUTE REFRIGERANT PIPING FROM EACH FAN COIL UNIT TO THE CONDENSING UNIT ON THE ROOF PER MANUFACTURER'S PIPING DIAGRAM.
2. NEW FAN COIL UNIT CONTROLLER. CONTROLLER SHALL BE INTERLOCKED WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM SO THAT COOLING IS DISABLED WHILE THE HEATING SYSTEM IS RUNNING. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL A PNEUMATIC/ELECTRIC TRANSDUCER ON THE PNEUMATIC CONTROLS SYSTEM AT THE EXISTING THERMOSTAT TO SENSE WHEN HEATING IS ENABLED. 5. ROUTE 3/4" CONDENSATE LINE TO NEAREST DRAIN LINE LOCATED DOWN IN THE CORRIDOR OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ADJACENT CLASSROOM. FIELD VERIFY DRAIN LOCATION BEFORE CONNECTION.
6. REFRIGERANT LIQUID AND SUCTION LINES UP TO CU-1. SEE DETAIL 1/M001 FOR PENETRATION HOOD DETAIL. SEE DETAIL 3/M001 FOR PIPE LINE SIZING.
