Sub.: Update on Preferential Allotment and matters related therewith Dear Sir/ Madam, This is in continuation to our letter with reference no. ICFL/LS/00196/2019-20 dated 31 January 2020 inter-alia informing about (i) the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company for issue and allotment of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares to BCP V Multiple Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Proposed Allottee”) on preferential basis, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other regulatory/governmental approvals as may be required (“Preferential Allotment”) and (ii) execution of a share subscription agreement (“SSA”) and shareholders’ agreement (“SHA”) among the Company, Proposed Allottee and Indostar Capital which had also triggered an obligation on the Proposed Allottee to make an open offer to the shareholders of the Company in terms of Regulations 3(1) and 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (“Open Offer”) (collectively, referred to as the “Proposed Transaction”). The Proposed Transaction will be effected after fulfilment of various conditions including receipt of the statutory and regulatory approvals (including the approval from the Reserve Bank of India). The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, i.e. IndoStar Home Finance Private Limited (“IHFPL”), have sought prior approval from the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) in relation to the Proposed Transaction. RBI, vide e-mail dated April 21, 2020 and April 23, 2020, addressed to the Company and IHFPL, respectively, has permitted the issuance of the public notice prior to the receipt of the approval from RBI. providing and Laying HDPE Marine outfall pipeline of Dombivli MIDC (MMR Zone-II) from Thakurli railway bridge to outfall point in Ulhas Estuary, District � Thane, Maharashtra being executed by M/s. Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Dombivli.

This is to inform the members of the General Public that Ministry of Invironment Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi has accorded CRZ. (Coastal Regulatory Zone) Clearance vide letter No. F. No. 11-46/2019-IA-III dated 09.03.2020 for the work of providing and laying HDPE Marine outfall pipeline of Dombivli MIDC (MMR Zone-ll) from Thakurli railway bridge to outfall point in Ulhas Estuary, District - Thane, Maharashtra, which is being executed by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation.

As per the clearance received the total estimated project cost in the CRZ is about Rs. 68.93 Crores. Cost earmarked for Corporate Environment Responsibility is 1.37 Crores, which is being paid by MIDC as per the directions of MoEF&CC, Govt. of India to �Mangrove Foundation of India.�

As the cases grew gradually inMarch across the nation infectingmany doctors and nurses as well,it emerged the country doesn’thave enough personal protectiveequipment (PPE) and N95 masksto protect its “frontline coronawarriors” of the pandemic.

Then, some young engineers,locked at home decided to protecthealthcare professionals. “Ourdoctor friends made desperatecalls to ask us to provide anythingto help them cover their face inabsence of PPEs or poor qualityones,” says Indranil Chandra, ayoung innovator, offering thesimplest and quickest solution tothe crisis of PPEs and masks thatis “face-shields”.

Using “Makers Club” platform, acommunity of innovators/ engi -neers associated with innovation

centres across India, they readieda simple face shield — made upof a headband and a transparentplastic sheet attached to it,offering protection to entire face.

“Makers Asylum in Mumbai andFraktalWorks in Bangaluru wereamong the first to make theshields. Now, total 15 makersclubs across India have joinedhands to ramp up production. Wehave produced and distributedover two lakh “M19 shields” tohospitals and police stationsacross the country for free,”Indranil Chandra, a youngMumbai-based engineer at M19Collective, told FPJ.

“M as a tribute to the makercommunity and 19 for #Covid19.Currently, over 15 labs and Mak -er spaces are part of M19 Collec -tive and we aim to distribute 1million shields in a month withoutany cost,” says Chandra.
