Mr. V.K. Bansal currently serves as the Chairman of Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Business in India. He is one of India's most experienced investment bankers with over 42 years of overall work experience. He commands deep seated relationships with the shareholders, owner families, top management team of firms in India and with various Government of India ministries. He is a qualified FCA (Chartered Accountant) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Professor (Dr.) Philomena Leung is a Professor of Accounting and Associate Dean (International Affairs) at Macquaire University, Australia. She was Head and Professor of Accounting & Finance and, subsequently, Professor of Accounting and Corporate Governance in Macquarie University. Prof. Leung has held various senior academic leadership roles in Victoria University, RMIT University and Deakin University. She was one of the pioneers in the development and implementation of accounting and business ethics education in Hong Kong and in Australia. She holds a Ph.D. (RMIT) and a Master of Accounting and Finance (Glasgow).

Professor (Dr.) Indu Shahani is the President & Founding Dean, ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship, India. She has over four decades of academic experience at college and university level. She is the President & Chair of ISDI - School of Design and Innovation, ISDI | WPP School of Communication and ISME - School of Management and Entrepreneurship. She has previously served as Sheriff of the city of Mumbai. Prof. Shahani was also the first Indian to be appointed Vice-Chair on the Board of Governors of the International Baccalaureate. She holds a PhD from the University of Mumbai and an Honorary Doctorate of Letters from the University of Westminster, London.

PROF. (DR.) INDU SHAHANI (ISME School of Management & Entrepreneurship)

Prof. Shyam Sunder is the James L. Frank Professor of Accounting, Economics & Finance at the Yale School of Management and Professor in the Department of Economics at Yale University. He is a globally renowned accounting theorist and experimental economist, and is a pioneer in the fields of experimental finance and experimental macroeconomics. Prof. Sunder's research includes 10 books and over 220 articles in leading journals of accounting, economics and finance. He has served as President of the American Accounting Association and as Director of the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance & Performance at Yale University.

Mr Nitin Shah serves as the Managing Director, Goldman Sachs, India; Global Co-CFO of the Engineering Division; COO for the Technology Division; and Head, Management & Strategy Team for the Securities Division in India. Previously, he has worked as Head of Treasury at DSP Merrill Lynch, Head Treasury Merrill Lynch International Bank Singapore, and Head of Treasury at Mahindra Finance. He is a B.Com. graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai) and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants qualified of India.

Mr. Nitin Shah (Goldman Sachs, India)

Dr. Rajeev Uberoi is the Senior Group President (Governance & Control), YES Bank, India. Dr. Uberoi has more than four decades of experience in the banking & financial services industry. He has previously worked at the State Bank of India and Reserve Bank of India, and held senior leadership positions in ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, IDFC Limited and IDFC Bank. He holds LL.B., M.A. Economics from McMaster University, Canada (as a Canadian Commonwealth Scholar), PG Diploma in Business Administration from Management Development Institute (India), Diploma in Banking & Planning from the Italian Institute of Development, Naples (Italy) , and a Ph.D. Economics from Bhopal University (India).

Dr. Rajeev Uberoi (YES Bank, INDIA)

His Excellency Dr. Ron Malkha currently serves as the Ambassador of Israel to India and Sri Lanka. He has previously served in the military for 25 years from where he retired with the rank of Full Colonel. Dr. Malka has provided valuable financial advice to Israeli and international companies. He has served in various leadership positions at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange including as Director and Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Malkha has spent several years in academia including serving as the Founding Dean of the Graduate Program in Financial Markets and Banking at the College of Law and Business, Ramat Gan, Israel. He holds an MBA in Finance & Business and a PhD in Economics.

Mr. Mohit Shukla is the Managing Director & Head of Legal & Compliance, Barclays, India. Prior to joining Barclays in 2010, he was with Citibank for nine years as Citi's Country General Counsel for South Asia, covering India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal for all of Citi's commercial businesses and its right-shoring and technology support arms. He has over 20 years of work experience with a diverse background, including in metals manufacturing, tobacco, hospitality industries and financial services. He has advanced degree in law from the University of Calcutta, India and has a keen interest in theatre and Indian classical music.

Mr. Mohit Shukla (Barclays, India)

Mr. Amar Kumar Sundram is Head of Legal, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Affairs for RBS Group India, RBS Foundation with overview of NatWest Markets, which is the investment banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. He has wide experience in strategic thinking, formulation of operational guidelines and as a business enabler to complex legal issues. An alumnus of Delhi University, he is a senior corporate legal professional with more than two decades of experience in the industry. He has previously worked with DCM Shriram, Birla, TATA, AT&T, Reliance, Citibank and EY. Amity University has been conferred him the title of Honorary Professor in Corporate Leadership.

Mr. Amar K. Sundaram (Royal Bank of Scotland, India)

Prof. Mike Ewing is Alfred Deakin Professor of Marketing and the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law at Deakin University, Australia. Professor Ewing has previously worked at Curtin University and Monash University as Professor of Marketing, Head of the Department of Marketing and Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor. His research interests are in marketing communication, marketing strategy, brand management and health promotion. Two recent meta-analyses place him in the top two most productive marketing communications researchers worldwide.

Prof. (Dr.) Mike Ewing (Deakin University, Australia)

Professor Sarah Jane Kelley is the Marketing Discipline Leader and Director of External Engagement in the UQ Business School, University of Queensland, Australia. She has interdisciplinary expertise in marketing, psychology and law. She is globally known for her research and consulting in sports marketing and law, and has influenced national policy and practice in these fields. She is leading an interdisciplinary Research Group at UQ in Trust, Ethics and Governance. She has led the UQ MBA program to a ranking of number 1 in Australasia and number 10 globally during her tenure as MBA Director from 2013-2017.

Prof. (Dr.) Sarah J. Kelly (University of Queensland, Australia)

Ms. Saloni Jhaveri heads investor relations & partnerships at the NIIF Limited, which is India's first infrastructure-specific sovereign wealth fund set up by the Government of India. She has over two decades of experience in private equity, M&A, corporate finance and strategy. She has previously worked at the SKP Group, British American Group, HDFC Property Ventures, KPMG India and Praxair USA. She holds a B.Com. from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai), MBA in Banking & Finance (Sydenham Institute of Management Studies) and MBA in Finance from Penn State University, USA.

MS. Saloni Jhaveri (National Investment & InfrastructurE Fund Limited, INDIA)

Mr. Parthasarathy is Partner & National Leader (Cyber Risk Services) at Deloitte, India. He has more than 20 years of proven success in developing, managing and advising global enterprise clients on technology, security, risk management and compliance matters. He has previously worked at UBICS, Covansys, Electronic Data Systems, and has had a long standing association with Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore (India) and a MBA in Strategic Management from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, Chicago (USA).

Prof. Jaffrelot is the Avantha Chair and Professor of Indian Politics & Sociology at the King's India Institute and the Research Lead, Global Institutes, King's College London. He also serves as a Non Resident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Washington D.C. and a Senior Research Fellow, CERI-Sciences Po/CNRS, Paris. Prof. Jaffrelot's research includes political economy, business and politics in India. He is a regular commentator on Indian and Pakistani politics in France, UK, North America and India. He writes a fortnightly column in The Indian Express.
