Results: Four New Cases of COVID-19Four (4) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 597 tests performed on July 13. Two (2)cases were identified through contact tracing. One (1) case reported recent travel history and wasidentified in quarantine. To date, there have been a total of 8,471 officially reported cases ofCOVID-19 with 142 deaths, 117 cases in active isolation, and 8,212 not in active isolation. TheCAR Score is 1.1.

Operation Liberate Guam update: To date, a total of 92,723 or 77.24% of adults have receivedeither both doses in the two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna) or the single-dose series(Johnson & Johnson/Janssen) of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Bring a photo ID.Those due for their second dose are reminded to bring their COVID-19 immunization card. Toview the complete schedule of COVID-19 vaccination clinics, visit dphss.guam.gov/vaccinategu.Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide government-issuedidentification to validate age. Minor’s birth certificate is acceptable. Parent/legal guardian musthave a government-issued ID. Guardians must also present legal guardianship orpower-of-attorney document.
