aluminum metal honeycomb as core. Using

high quality intermediate temperate solidified

glue imported from German to paste and it is

made by choosing processed aluminum alloy

frame.

Product features:

Compact grade laminate board is a kinds of abrasion

resistant decorative panel, also called hpl.It is made of

decorative colored paper that contains leaching

melamine resin. In addition, stacking multi-layer black

or brown kraft paper that contains phenolic aldehyde

or urea-formaldehyde resin up.Then, using steel plate

to suppress on the state 150 Celsius degree 1430 psi.

Finally, hpl can be made. The thickness can be

adjusted according to the number of kraft paper

sheets.

Product application:Compact grade laminate mainly uses for public

bathroom partition, locker, table top, wall cladding and

outdoor home furnishing.

Jialifu metal honeycomb board uses high

quality fluorine carbon aluminum sheet roll

paint as panel, uses all kinds of specifications

of aluminium metal honeycomb as core. Using

high quality intermediate temperate solidified

SY-24B aviation adhesive film to paste. Finally,

it is made by choosing metal panel through

oxidation process or stoving varnish as

baseboard. The idea of design of honeycomb

structure originated from I beam. Dash board

is equivalent to flange of I beam, it mainly bear

normal stress. The middle of honeycomb tier is

equivalent to web plate of I beam, it mainly

bear shearing power.

The traditional lockers are easy to get

rusty, sunken for the impact with the color

drab, while the wooden lockers are easy to

get humid, corrosive and environment will
