Participated in the selection process of the contractors to develop a systems integration project using business intelligence technology and the acquisition of a new hardware infrastructure to support it.

Designed and supervised the implementation of high availability failover architecture for a cluster to support the integrated system.

Conducted effective implementation of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and Balanced Scorecard software in several private sector corporations and government agencies in Colombia.
