The Inside Line….. When I set up John Hartley Cars, the vision was of a small car retailer with a handful of carefully chosen cars, all beautifully prepared and supplied with the very highest levels of service possible. I still keep some cars in stock but have found that there has been enormous demand for my car buying and car sourcing services.
When they are ready to sell their car’s, my customers don’t want to give them away for nothing, they take care of their cars and want a fair price for them but also don’t want the hassle, cost and risk of selling privately. By keeping my costs low and focussing on the detail, I ensure that when selling their car to me, my customers get both a great deal and great service, regardless of whether they buy a new car from me or not.
Flexibility is also essential to the services I provide. For example, if your new car is not due to arrive for a month or two but you want a better price for your trade-in, then I can almost certainly help. Just tell me when the new car will arrive and I will work with you to give you the very best valuation for that time and arrange collection of the old car at a time that works for you. Simple and easy!
Every transaction is handled with an open and honest approach. The same goes for the car sourcing service. With some fantastic contacts, I can supply new and used cars at highly competitive prices. The key for me, is that offering great hassle-free service has to go hand-in-hand with giving real value for money to every customer.
