Goals
A competitive proposal must accomplish the following goals:
- Develop a distribution, manufacturing, and/or commercial facility that supports
JFK activities and/or contributes to a resilient supply chain;
- Maximize the development of the Site in a thoughtful manner, including
incorporating green building and operating practices;
- Responsibly develop the Site by delivering on a comprehensive hiring and wage
program that helps create quality local job opportunities; and
- Plan and execute a feasible development that ensures the above project goals will
be achieved.

NYCEDC seeks proposals that take advantage of the Site’s unique location to
construct a logistics, distribution, and/or freight-related airport-compatible facility.

- Pursuant to the JFK Lease, the Port Authority will cooperate with the Developer to
assess feasibility of making a connection at JFK and will not charge greater than
standard rates for on-airport tenants
Vehicle Traffic
- Curb cut provides direct access for approximately 45 cars per hours during
business hours
- Developer can prepare a study for the Port Authority to review to accommodate
more capacity
