To ensure we can offer our VBS program this summer, we are
looking for adult volunteers to join our VBS team. We need a
minimum of 8-10 adults to attend each day of VBS to meet
our program needs.
Adults able to help for some or all of the VBS week are

Nationwide 12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care: The Catholic Women’s League of Canada is inviting all
people of faith to join in prayer and solidarity on Thursday, May 4. Members of St. Mary’s CWL will lead
the Rosary after the 9am Mass and end the evening with the Stations of the Cross at 7pm.
There is a pressing need for all Canadians to have greater accessibility to palliative care. This end-of-life care is true compassion. It allows individuals who are facing death to
not be burdened by pain and suffering but to receive the support that respects their human dignity
both physically and spiritually. Please join us. For more information about the need for palliative care
