ProfileJessica completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event Management from La Trobe University in 2017. Jessica demonstrates professional customer service skills when communicating with delegates, sponsors and committee members alike.

Jessica has the ability to build strong relationships with committees, which has resulted in extensive working relationships with both the Association of School Business Administrators and the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology.

Jessica has experience working on a range of events for ICMS Australasia from World Congresses and Virtual Conferences. Jessica brings efficiency and motivation to all events.

Jessica was a Victorian State Runner-Up in the MEA Ungerboeck Award Young Professional Award in 2019.

Jessica’s responsibilities at ICMS Australasia include creating registration forms, formatting online communications, taking minutes in committee meetings, reconciling registration bank transfers, pulling reports, communicating with delegates and assisting Event Co-ordinators and Managers.

Jessica brings with her a strong background in retail and hospitality, having worked for global brands like Pandora and University-owned event companies. These experiences have helped her to develop important customer service skills.

Jessica has a strong passion for sport, competing in netball since she was 10 years old, receiving Year 12 VCE Academic Excellence in Physical Education and being a strong Australian Rules Football Supporter. Through her interest in sport, Jessica has developed excellent teamwork skills that she brings to every situation at ICMS Australasia.
