THE VENUE
The gallery is a recently renovated 2300 sq. ft space with 16 ft ceilings and white walls covered with art made by Toronto based pop/abstract and performance artist Jessica Gorlicky, also known as Jessgo.
During the day the gallery is full of sunshine coming from 30 ft wide windows. During the evening the gallery has track lighting that is adjustable.
This gallery space is a great place to hold your birthday party, anniversary, workshop, corporate event and meeting, team building, and/or commercial/personal photo shoot.
The space can hold 150-200 people.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Use of 2 tables (adjustable, 1 1/2 ft - 5 ft) • 2 coat racks • One washroom • Room set up • Visual equipment : Projector • At least one staff member from the Jessgo team
Please note: Art will always stay on the walls. Sculptures and statues are moved depending on the event. Any art made by Jessica Gorlicky during your event is an additional charge for the rent price.
RENTAL GUIDELINES
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY The event can take place any day of the week from 9am until 2am. We have a lot of free parking after the building is closed after 4 pm.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE Food and beverages are allowed in the renting space. Catering is a-la-carte and is arranged by the renter. We have a separate room for preparation. Food, bar service, and waste removal are of the caterer’s responsibility. All food and other materials must be removed from the gallery immediately following the event.
DECOR All decorations must be pre-approved by Jessgo Inc. before the installation.
LOST OR STOLLEN ARTICLES The renter is responsible for all lost or stolen articles.
Smoking is not permitted inside the space!
All Rentals and extras can be customized for your event a la cart.
50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of space reservation for your event.
