A JUICER
A day spent making juice with children proved several things. Most importantly: Kids love juicing. It’s creative, promotes independence, and is “like science!”
But there are major problems with kids using existing juicers.
They are either extremely bulky or only take in small pieces of fruit.
Juicers do not fit the hand sizes of children, making it difficult to use correctly.
The act of pouring the juice separates the excitement of making it and the reward of drinking it.
