Dean of Students and College Counseling Center – have the DOS/ Counseling/ Health & Wellness Center review your student list for possible help in identifying concerns
If student has “accommodation letter”, ask if a copy can be shown to you, in case special arrangements must be made
Discuss with all students the process for bringing medications abroad (specific student disclosure is voluntary)
◦ Must take along scrip in generic form, and enough meds for entire program time
◦ Stay aware of any issues that might come up with student on meds
◦ CDC for advisories for particular site
◦ Travel Clinics for live vaccines, rabies, etc.
◦ Make sure that student carries confirmation of immunizations with him/her
